Oswick DMD in List 3 Dentist Open Sunday in Orlando, FL Orlando Family & Cosmetic Dentistry - Orlando Laura Felker: Left this office after being a 10 year patient. I was told I needed to pay about $250 for one cavity even though my insurance covers 90% and I should have only been estimated $40. When I alerted the front office to this mistake and asked them to call my insurance to confirm their mistake, they refused. I had to call my insurance myself and add them to the call with the dentist office and the insurance confirmed their mistake. The office still refused to correct this mistake in any meaningful way and said it would take 3 to 4 weeks to adjust. And if I want to even schedule the appointment for the cavity, I need to pay at least about $120 which was three times the cost I’m supposed to pay.
I went to a different dentist about the same cavity and I had zero issues immediately being estimated the $40 cost. In addition, the new office customer service is HEAD AND SHOULDERS BEYOND the front desk service at this establishment. On top of all that, the actual dental cleaning at the new office was much more thorough than I became used to with this office.
Overall as a long term patient I saw a severe decline in service as soon as Sheila became the front desk operator. When discussing my concerns over billing she couldn’t tell me what 10% of $100 is. She has also done a terrible job when I need anything besides a routine cleaning done. Including not calling me back when I’m in pain and trying to get me to pay the incorrect amount for the cavity 6 times despite telling her many times I physically can’t afford the inflated estimate.

Everyone was incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely caring about making my visit as comfortable as possible. The customer service was truly top-tier — they took the time to listen to all my concerns and answered all of my questions with complete honesty. I felt like I was in great hands throughout the entire process. The atmosphere of the office was warm and inviting, making it a really pleasant place to visit. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and I’ll definitely be returning for all my future dental needs. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for top-notch care and a friendly, professional team!
Hillcrest Dental - Orlando Martin Jacquelyn (Jack): I a very happy to become a member at Hillcrest Dental. The staff was very polite, profesional, caring about my needs. They explained every thing, and make sure that you understand everything and you can ask many question as you need to. They are also very patient. You are greeted with a smile. Also office is very cleaning and neat.
Sand Lake Dental - Orlando Kimberly Plant: Absolutely amazing service! I arrived for vacation in Disney, and after being at the hotel for one hour, my temporary bridge broke! When I called, I explained the problem they were so empathetic and may the time for me to come in right away to fix my bridge! I have been in healthcare as a registered nurse for 35 years and have to say that these are some of the nicest and most professional people that I have ever met. Lake Underhill Dentistry in Orlando - Orlando Catherine Rodriguez: Visits to the dentist can be quite frightful, however these teams of experts did a tremendous job at making it very smooth. Best dental treatment .She was gentle, explained step by step the treatment she was going to do.Asked if I was ok and the dental assistant. Dr. Landon Dayyanni was very professional and explained everything in detailed. Definitely making them as my dentist and will refer others so they can have the same great experience.
Lake Eola Dental - Orlando Nickolas Gothard: Im highly scared of the dentist because of my humble upbringing. Jaice, is now my personal hygienist, her meticulous approach made my dental cleaning experience a very enjoyable one. However, the same cant be said regarding the poor quality of service the veterans are experiencing while using the Veterans Affairs. ( I prefer the Lake Baldwin, Location ) #VETERAN
Orlando Family Dental - Orlando Melissa Winslow: Worst dentist I’ve ever been to. Completely unprofessional, I was lied to by several of their employees. Made things very difficult for me when I tried to obtain my x-rays. Did not want to collaborate with my endodontist. The dentist lied to me and told me I needed a $7000 implant And laughed at me and tried to make me feel bad for wanting a second opinion. When I went to my endodontist to get the second opinion, she confirmed I did not need an implant. My bite was only slightly off, causing the pain. They are now trying to send me to collections for $67 Which I would be more than happy to pay, except they are lying frauds. Please be very cautious if you go to this dentist and don’t be afraid to get a second opinion!! When I went there recently, I didn’t realize I had been there over 20 years ago and the dentist told me I needed to get my wisdom teeth out. In hindsight, I don’t believe I did. And this is what his employees lied to me about. I asked several times if I had been there and what dentist I saw and they told me they saw I had been there, but they couldn’t see what dentist I was with because I told them I had a horrible experience. But they could see that it was still the current dentist that was there Because one of the employees accidentally let it slip, and then they all looked at each other like “uh oh”

Ideal Dental Millenia - Orlando Wilsanta Dumercy: I had a truly great experience at Ideal Dental! Dr. Shah and Ysaby were so professional and gentle during my filling—they made me feel completely comfortable. I also want to thank Denisse Lopez, the hygienist, who went above and beyond for me. Not only did she encourage me to start the process of getting my wisdom teeth removed, she also educated me on the importance of maintaining good oral hygiene. She helped me understand that caring for your teeth is essential to your overall health, and as someone who’s still learning, I really appreciated her guidance and encouragement. And I can’t forget to mention Nicole—she was so sweet, helpful, and kind. She made the whole visit even more pleasant just by how she interacted with me. Overall, the entire team at Ideal Dental made me feel valued and well taken care of. I’m truly grateful and highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent dental care!
