I knew I paid a $ premium, but liked certified tech assurance. However, my last few Dealer service experiences were just TOO aggressive and overpriced. Eric and his team are an exceptional alternative, and solved a "complex" AC problem that others could not. In addition, they use this impressive communication & documentation system that includes photos of every item inspected or repaired. HIGHLY recommend for Toyota & Lexus owners.
