1 /5 Amy Fuentes: This place is very unprofessional I went and asked for a regular hair dye service highlights and lowlights. Sam recommended Taylor. But when Taylor finishes I was left with a brown ring I asked could she fix it in a very nice manner. She said come back in a hour so I did she was late so another employee Star tired fix it but made it worse adding blonde streaks and gaps in my hair. So then I asked for my money back and I was blocked by both of the girls. Sam also blocked me. When both Star and Taylor halfed my money. Very unprofessional business I will never go back there. All I wanted was it fixed I wasted two times already and 8 hours and was told go back the 3rd time when another girl was going to try fix it and because I was 8 minutes late she refused to fix it. All I wanted was my money back excluding the chemicals. This place hires just anyone to do hair and I was iqnored and blocked once I asked for my money. I’m reporting this business also to better business bureau. Down below is my hair before and after and what I asked for. terrible employees I was not handled correctly even when I was very polite about the whole situation once I was blocked this became a different matter! There is a right way to handle your mistakes this was not done like that at all. Now before my sons birthday party I have gaps everywhere. Beware because this is a regular hair dye service if you can’t do this might want try a new job. It looks ok down but when I put it up or in a bun looks terrible moon keeps there hair down 24 7 waste of time and money and bad business
