Excellent customer service and extremely satisfied. It’s hard to find a honest and trustworthy repair shop, so I’ll be driving from Orlando up to Expert Auto & Tire for any future needs!

They checked out my car to see if anything else was needed, and they gave me an estimate for the maintenance work they suggested. This all took at most 30 minutes. I will definitely be bringing my car back in the near future.

5 /5 Jason Ayala: I recently moved to the Leesburg area from Fort Lauderdale. I had a great mechanic that I was going to down south for over 20 years. It was difficult finding an honest repair shop. My Durango needed a transmission service. I called the dealership and they wanted almost $3,000. After calling 5 different shops and getting prices between $1,500 & $2,500 I came across Expert Car Care in Leesburg. They are the BEST!!! Family Owner and Operated. Very honest, reputable, knowledgeable, super friendly and trustworthy. Jim the owner went above and beyond and was able to do the transmission service for a fraction of the price. $652 may seem like a lot but my Durango needed special parts and special oil for the transmission service and the got it done right away! If you don’t want to be overcharged or scammed go to Expert Car Care, no bait and switch, they are up front and won’t pull the wool over your eyes. From now on they will be my ONLY go to repair facility. I won’t trust anyone else with my vehicles. They are the BEST!!!

5 /5 Brantley Smith: Great experience with the owner. I have a ‘98 Tahoe and was in town camping for a few days when the check engine light came on. They took me right in and found it to be a simple wiring issue. Because it didn’t take long the owner was not going to charge me, which is unheard of these days. It’s hard to find honest, good people in business these days. I’d go back to them any day.

5 /5 Marie Arzola: Im sorry i didn’t get a chance to review sooner. I was too busy enjoying my car lol. So for quick context i HAD an aftermarket insurance like endurance, and car shield - long story short my AM Insurance was being difficult and i ended up taking my car to several different places before it finally ended up here. 6 months of not driving my car but still making payments came to an end when Jim and Jake got the car. I am so happy! They explained what was going on and made the process simple. Super professional, and communicative they are definitely a great team over there and incredibly empathetic going above and beyond building parts by hand so i wouldnt have to incur too much on my bill! Dudes are just great! This is my first time having to get my car serviced here in Florida and while it started off a bit sour, it did end up very sweet! My car runs better than before, and I have a guaranteed warranty that I am tremendously grateful for in case something does happen. I can no longer say I don’t know where to go if something happens to my car cause I have my people and they will always have my business.Highly recommend to anyone!
