1 /5 JUAN PENA: Terrible experience will not recommend this place to anyone price gaujing I came in for a ficical after paying $300 I whent to see the doctor all she did was look at my ears check my temperature thats all I was like this dont seem like a ficical but ok after that she said we need to do the blood work I said ok they charge me a extra $320 for that I said ok they said you need to come back for the results ok I came in today for my results they whanted to charge me another $200 just to tell me my results this is crazy what they are doing to people if I already paid for the blood work and ficical they shuld release my results they told me no the doctor wont tell you the results with out paying the fee this is ridiculous this is my first time righting a complaint to anyone but I feel I need to let the people know about this place its whrong and seems like a fraud case what theyre are doing I will be contacting the state attorneys office about this matter and also making a better business beurou complaint this is not right and needs to be addressed its not right what they are doing.

1 /5 Kris Carrington: Constant rescheduling and unreliable appointments with last minute cancellations. Months and months just to get a physical for the little one. I do not recommend

Would not provide what was needed for records from old Dr. Kept saying we have no record. Obnoxious and uncaring. Very bad experience. Guess we won’t be seeing this kidney Dr. We tried.

Not ideal to put aside hours for an appt, on hour 2 now, 1 more to go for bloodwork!! Ridiculous!! Lee health systems are horrible!!

LPG Primary Care - Cape Coral - Cape Coral Jonathon Magill: I write this with disappointment. Dr. Lee is a wonderful physician, one of few that cares about the patients and not the money. The lady who runs the front desk, on the other hand; is rude, dispassionate, and has to be right above all else. Several times I have heard her say “I made that call myself” and “I personally left a message” not once indicating she actually spoke with a patient or listen to their needs. I am in financial hardship, unable to work, with no income. Hearing I am not eligible for assistance, and then being denied even the opportunity to speak with anyone about my options was disheartening. I was told on the phone, by another receptionist, that I could cancel my doctors appointment, and schedule a financial assistance appointment, with the understanding they would at least listen to my case. I wasted borrowed money to show up to my appointment, only to be turned away at front desk, with an argumentative attitude. I guess that’s Lee Health Care; They care only if you have the money to buy their time.

Lee Pharmacy - Gulf Coast Medical Center - Fort Myers Ron Swiger: The most incompetent pharmacy staff that Ive ever had the non pleasure of dealing with! The hospital in general used to be my go to place. Not anymore! My experience at the ER was also less than desirable! The doctor "accidentally printed one of 4 prescriptions and only sent 3 of them to the pharmacy that I requested. Its taken me over 8 hours and a minor heart attack from stress to finally get the last prescription to my desired pharmacy. Bad care all the way around!! I do not recommend this pharmacy or hospital for any reason.

Lee Health Rehabilitation Hospital - Fort Myers Karen Murphy: Where do I start, what an amazing hospital! My dad had a severe stroke and was transferred here for rehabilitation. The staff was outstanding, so caring, professional and attentive! The rehabilitation team was top notch!! So happy with the loving care my dad received and the progress from the rehabilitation was amazing!! Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
