1 /5 Norman Carfagno: Had an appointment for work to be done...they called me and left a message three days before the appointment to say they have no one who knows how to work on my car.i returned the call received no answer...left messages several times still no return call...so not knowing whats going on Ill be taking my vehicle to another shop...

5 /5 Chelsea Marchant: Great customer service and impeccable paint job. I dented my back passenger door by hitting my husband’s tow hitch while backing up my 2021 Volkswagen Atlas. I got a quote from a different body shop and was told my door needed to be replaced and the entire car needed to be painted as they wouldn’t be able to match my specialty color.. Thank goodness I found Fanning springs auto! They were able to repair the door without replacing it and matched the color perfectly. I’m still blown away by their work.
