    Gary: We had an oil change at Jimmys Automotive. Our car, is driven infrequently (about four times a year), had its oil changed there. This vehicles engine takes 6 quarts of oil. We noticed the van was sluggish after the oil change but didnt think much of it. But seemed to be an issue so we just took it to the dealer, we were informed that the engine was significantly overfilled, containing 7.5 quarts of oil. This suggests either an incomplete drain of the old oil or an incorrect amount added, possibly due to unfamiliarity with the specific oil checking procedure for Pentastar engines. The extent of any potential damage from this overfill is currently unknown, which is a significant concern.

After I explained to Ronnie (Boss) my financial situation he agreed to knock of the tow charge by roughly 50%, he DID NOT have to do that but it just shows just what kind of man he is and what kind of business he runs. They’ve done things from lifting my F250 to install bumpers and pod lights on my Wrangler. They’ve replaced an engine in my 95 F250. Done all my engine repairs on my 05 F250 and replaced the wiring harnesses throughout. They’ve installed an exhaust system on my mustang. And a million more things over the last decade I’ve been going to them. They do great work and are great people to work with. Couldn’t recommend any shop more than this one.
