Becky Ryan Cant comment on service because I was refused. I was referred to 6th Street by the local Auto Parts store when my airbag sensor light came on & they were unable to get a code on their diagnostics. The very rude front desk guy told me to go to a dealer because they dont do airbag work, and refused to even run a diagnostic for me. Went across the road to AutoZone where a very friendly young man was able to diagnose & print a report in about 2 minutes. Mind you I wasnt looking for free, I would have paid 6th Street. But the dude with the tude wasnt interested.

savannah turner they did a great job at helping me with my car, and it is lowered so they are able to work on modified vehicles. the problem i took it for was worse than expected so they hooked me up to fix it all for a great price and great service, they always answered the phone and had a good answer when i called or came to ask they even let me have my keys back for a second to check my car out when i got home and realized i had puddles of oil all over the driveway lol (not the issue i took it for but it was a simple fix i did myself in the driveway of the shop) definitely recommend them they got my car done super fast

Don Avedisian Rude and unprofessional. DO NOT go here!!! My daughter had tire worked on and when she came home center cap was gone. Called them and they were clueless. A great example of why you can’t do business with locals. Contacting BBB. Ridiculous.

Amanda Waters Over priced and poor customer service. They did a good job but the experience was not good. Charged 50.00 a tire for just installation. No road hazard or life time balance.

Rosemary Rodriguez We come to this Jiffy Lube for the past 8 years and for the past 3 years we were just informed during this service that weve been getting the wrong oil put into our vehicle from the past workers that serviced her for 3 years!!!! So Mr Roger was very transparent with every detail of what was going to be done and offered the correct oil to be put into our vehicle He’s very informative and great customer service.we appreciate his service

larry ploucher Recommend this place %100! I had my truck towed recently and the tow charge was substantially large. After I explained to Ronnie (Boss) my financial situation he agreed to knock of the tow charge by roughly 50%, he DID NOT have to do that but it just shows just what kind of man he is and what kind of business he runs. Thank you Ronnie!

Bryttany Eva Well ... we thought yesterday we would be saying see ya later Florida, until next year. However, it looks like Florida wanted us to stay a little longer. We headed towards Michigan yesterday and not even 45 minutes into our trip back home our vehicle decides to take a break and wouldnt go over 25 mph. We called the tow truck and both boys were so impressed as this was by far the biggest truck theyve ever been in or around... they both crawled over to our driver Ron and he let them climb with open arms to the steering wheel. They loved every second of our short lived ride. ❤️ Thank you AR&R Towing. Definitely recommend 100%! Very kind and worked very quickly to get to us on a Sunday. We thank you kindly. We will be leaving another review after his son James does the mechanic work on the vehicle!! James so far was very kind on the phone when we spoke with him and was extremely patient and willing to do whatever was needed to help us in our situation.

Jason Danweber We were passing through and experienced a coolant line leak on our cadillac cts sedan. Its one day before July 4th and Robbie dropped other work to prioritize us, having had to order in parts and arrange so as to complete the job before the holiday and also spent time testing the car to make sure things were good Not only that but he was reasonable priced and honest If I lived around here, I would use him all the time for our fleet of vehicles. Robbie and his workers reinforce my faith that there are still decent friendly good people out there. Good to have met you!

Brock Mathias Broke down on the interstate due to a blown brake line. Robbie helped get us back on the road in less than 24 hours and was very reasonably priced.

Heather Hendricks Southern Diesel & Auto has been the most reliable shop for my cars for years and years. I trust them with all of my vehicles. They’ve done things from lifting my F250 to install bumpers and pod lights on my Wrangler. They’ve replaced an engine in my 95 F250. Done all my engine repairs on my 05 F250 and replaced the wiring harnesses throughout. They’ve installed an exhaust system on my mustang. And a million more things over the last decade I’ve been going to them. They do great work and are great people to work with. Couldn’t recommend any shop more than this one.

James Cripps Fantastic service. Dropped off my 2011 f250 6.7 at 9 am for new body mounts, by 12, it was done. Rides 100% better and the road noise is a lot let. This will be the only place I take my diesel to. Thanks

Helena Lawler Prob the best body shop I have ever did business with. Wonderful workers and owner. The owner went above and beyond to make sure the old color matched and took his time to explain the extra cost paid out by the insurance company that came in during the time they had the car. The car looks like perfection where the work was done. Very impressed. Would recommend this shop to anyone. 10 stars!

Sydney Cleveland On Sunday, my car broke down on I-10 and this was the nearest auto shop that I could get towed to. They were closed on Sunday, but we were able to get in touch with Mike first thing Monday morning. He was able to take a look at my car and figure out what was going on. He had to order a specific part, but was delivered on Tuesday, and was able to get it installed and we were able to pick my car up that afternoon on Tuesday. Mike is a quiet guy, but very nice and took care of us so we could get back home (an hour and 15 minutes from his shop). Very thankful that Mike is good at what he does and fixed our car for us with a quick turnaround and on such short notice. Would recommend him to anyone in the area, or if you get in a position like me where your car breaks down in the area, Mike will take care of you! Thanks Mike! Much appreciated!

Linda 260.00 later the guy John was to come back on Thursday free of charge to check my car. He never called or showed up and noone will answer their phone. Dealer ship said and showed me proof he over filled the water reservoir

Matt Lussier we’re not from around here. today - 2/28/25 - we had a great experience with Miracle. fast service. fair price. experienced technician. removed and installed 2 tires on the front of my motorhome. from call request to arrival was 38 minutes. (we were 20 miles away out in the middle of nowhere) from arrival to completion was 113 minutes. (would have been faster but there was an air compressor issue) the technician was efficient and friendly. would definitely call again.

Kevin Doglio I found myself with two blown out tires on my boat trailer, stranded on I-10. My second call was to Miracle. The voice on the phone was friendly and reassuring. Sent them a location pin and a pic. They took it from there. Responded very quickly. In less than 90 minutes, I was back on the road with four new tires. Prices for the tow and tires were very good. What could have been a real pain was eased by some old fashioned kindness and great service.

Joe T Great work friendly people and quality work at low cost , they accept insurance work and walk ins as well. They do it all cars/ trucks/ golf carts and more. Doesnt matter how small or large the work you need done rock chip, faded hood or entire vehicle grays paint and body will get it done. I well recommend them awesom people.

Gary We had an oil change at Jimmys Automotive. Our car, is driven infrequently (about four times a year), had its oil changed there. This vehicles engine takes 6 quarts of oil. We noticed the van was sluggish after the oil change but didnt think much of it. But seemed to be an issue so we just took it to the dealer, we were informed that the engine was significantly overfilled, containing 7.5 quarts of oil. This suggests either an incomplete drain of the old oil or an incorrect amount added, possibly due to unfamiliarity with the specific oil checking procedure for Pentastar engines. The extent of any potential damage from this overfill is currently unknown, which is a significant concern.

ashley barton We took out jeep here for a new engine. We get it back and had to come back 3 times in a week and half for things to be fixed. One of those it was no fixed properly, we were never given the option on how it was fixed either. 2 days after the last "fix" something popped in the engine and it caught fire with us inside. The owner would never speak to us, only his mechanic. We were told "insurance will cover it". Yea, they covered the cost of our jeep but not the $10,000 for the new engine and shoddy work. We arent the first people with this problem either, I wish we would have known about this chop shop before we went there.
