3 /5 Betty Tanner: There establishment is beautifully set up, private rooms during service, polite staff and well educated techs. Although the Briana had to deal with correcting someone else’s work she did a beautiful job. The main thing I loved was that there was zero pain involved and no blood for a change. It was a wonderfully enjoyable experience. Thank you so much.
Update: it’s not been 36 hours and 2 of my nails are snapped off and another is cracked at the corners. The first to go was last night when I ran my fingers through my hair. Now when I sat down I explained that I need my nails to be a little thicker but sadly that fell on deaf ears and I was told they don’t have to be thick that they don’t do curved, and so she proceeded to cut almost all of the material down when the first nail went I noticed there is almost no acrylic on the nail. Same with the second and so on. I’m sorry but when you pay $77 dollars for one fix and a full price includes tip, you expect to be able to at least get dressed or drive a car without them breaking off. Now I’m not happy at all. Basically because even though I explained that I needed them thicker I was ignored but I’m sure if I go back , which I won’t, I would be charged to fix my nails. It upsets me because it’s the one thing I do for myself. Oh well I gave it a try but no luck so I think I’ll just drive the hour to my original nail tech who listened to me and worked with me. Btw the fix was a single mail after a month and a half west with no breast.
