Leslie Medina First time at this nail salon, and will definitely become my go to! I had a full set with Patricia. She was very welcoming and kind. The nails were top notch! Not only were they beautiful but they also last! Every place I go to, my nails end up falling off a few days after. My nails are intact and still look brand new. Love this place, you will not regret it!

Betty Tanner There establishment is beautifully set up, private rooms during service, polite staff and well educated techs. Although the Briana had to deal with correcting someone else’s work she did a beautiful job. The main thing I loved was that there was zero pain involved and no blood for a change. It was a wonderfully enjoyable experience. Thank you so much. Update: it’s not been 36 hours and 2 of my nails are snapped off and another is cracked at the corners. The first to go was last night when I ran my fingers through my hair. Now when I sat down I explained that I need my nails to be a little thicker but sadly that fell on deaf ears and I was told they don’t have to be thick that they don’t do curved, and so she proceeded to cut almost all of the material down when the first nail went I noticed there is almost no acrylic on the nail. Same with the second and so on. I’m sorry but when you pay $77 dollars for one fix and a full price includes tip, you expect to be able to at least get dressed or drive a car without them breaking off. Now I’m not happy at all. Basically because even though I explained that I needed them thicker I was ignored but I’m sure if I go back , which I won’t, I would be charged to fix my nails. It upsets me because it’s the one thing I do for myself. Oh well I gave it a try but no luck so I think I’ll just drive the hour to my original nail tech who listened to me and worked with me. Btw the fix was a single mail after a month and a half west with no breast.

Sheila P I am out of state and I come to Florida every year and I always look for a nail place that can do my nails. Well I was referred to this company. Patty did my hair and even though when I left my nails were were really nice but now it’s been a little over a week and the top coating is already coming off. Vanessa did a pedicure and so far it’s really holding up really good. And I think that there prices are a bit to high. Other than that both of them were very people and very friendly. There shop is very clean and very private so that’s a very nice way to get to know there customers one on one., Sheila

Monica Cortes When I walked in, the place smelled of cigarette smoke, I like to support small local businesses so I decided to stay anyway. I went for a pedicure. As I looked around I noticed how dirty the place was. When the woman came out to give me my pedicure she was wearing a dirty smock. She did not even let my feet soak for one minute before she pulled out DIRTY nail clippers and started cutting my nails. The clippers were so dull that it was splitting my nail! I was so grossed out and in shock that I could not say anything. Then she pulled out a dirty nail file from a dirty drawer. Thankfully, she barely filed my nails with it. But when she pulled out the dirty cuticle pusher from the dirty drawer that was all I could stomach. My skin was literally crawling! I stopped her and asked if they sanitize their tools. She didnt speak english. The owner, the smoking older gentleman (and I use the word gentleman very loosely) then angrily said to me "If you want sanitized you go somewhere else and you pay more!! You pay less here!! You go somewhere else and you go pay more!!" I said "Yep, I will go somewhere else and pay more, thank you for your time. I am leaving." I guess he told the woman I was not going to have the pedicure and she angrily tried to snatch the towel that my wet feet were on so that I could not dry my feet before I put my shoes on. I snatched it back, dried my feet, put my shoes on and proceeded to walk out. I was nice and polite, I said "Thank you and Im sorry." and he said "Yeah, GO! Thank you! I hope I never see you here again!!" I said dont worry, you will never see me here again, promise! I just got home and had to change my clothes before I sat down to write this necessary review, as my family said I smelled like cigarettes. Good luck, if you value your health never let their tools touch your skin or nails!! If you want to see what dirty tools can do to your skin and nails go and Google it!!

Maria Maldonado My nails turned out ok..if you compared to having them done by an amateur. I liked the pedicure but Ryan was a jerk. He tried to tell me my finger was crooked when he put my nail on crooked. It was like a real episode of the Nail Salon. My nails are see-through and he left a glob of acrylic under one of them. My boyfriend had to get loud to get him to fix the crooked one. Suffice to say, I was charged $35 for a shot job. Dont go there...ever, if you like having your nails done right. I just paid and left.

Christine Thomas Quaint little old fashioned nail salon, got a terrific pedicure for $22. Very nice proprietors. Cash only, which I didn’t realize and they were very kind in helping me find an ATM (just 2 blocks away). Much, much better experience than anything I’ve found in Fort Myers. Will definitely return!

Shay The husband is rude, but the wife is really nice. Some of their polishes are old, so bring your own polish if you go there.

Patti Daugherty I would NOT recommend this place to anyone! I had a mani-pedi with gel polish on my hand nails. Within 24 hours, my gel polish had already began chipping! My husband & I were out of town visiting friends the next day & when we returned on Sunday, this salon was closed. They are actually closed on Monday as well. I went back on Tuesday & asked them to repolish them & he said “NO”....I fix ONLY two nails! I told him that “you only have a few choices here”...1st, give me a REFUND for my nails that we’re chipping (not my toes), 2nd, re-polish ALL 10 nails or 3rd, we can call the POLICE & I will make a report & take them to small claims court. Needless to say, he re-polished my nails. This wasn’t a “threat”, this was simply proving a point! My assumption is that they are using “cheap” or “old” polish. The building does stink like cigerattes & they ONLY take CASH! Business is business...but a customer should get what they PAID for. Even after the 2nd polish, my nails chipped within two days. I took pictures of my nails after each polish! Do NOT waste your TIME or MONEY this business.
