1 /5 Kesha O: My stylist Ms. Kim was over 15mins late. The shop is in bad condition & extremely hot. Their is a slight odor that hits you when you walk in. The furniture is worn out dated & tacky! My experience was horrible she talked about death the whole while she did my hair. I arrived at 10am left at 2pm for an hair do I could have did better at home. Talking about she has acrylic brushes that look older than me. She has no technigue or sense of style. The other male stylist does great hair. Which made her look even worse as a stylist. Had the audacity to say I can switch stylist must definitely darling. Cant propely blow out your hair beginners perform better!

1 /5 Diamond McIntosh: I went to Bernie... worst experience ever.. I came at 9 in the morning and left at 12:55 no one was in front of me. When I left my hair smelled so burnt. “I just knew he burnt my hair out”. To no surprise I washed my hair and it was literally just coming out my head. I have very curly hair. To add some of my hair no longer curled so I had to cut the straight pieces out.. I’ve been natural going on 3 years. So to have this type of damage was very unsettling for me. My curls pattern also changed. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. NOR WILL I BE COMING BACK... I have a huge following. And I will be sure to tell everyone I know about this to avoid damage being made to their hair as well.

1 /5 Lynda James: Arrived at 1 oclock appointment on time. Spoke no one said hi or acknowledged me. Finally said I had a 1 oclock with Bernie who then looked at me but said nothing. He walked over to address two women nearby saying "Im going to rinse you out then curl you". He said nothing to me but was clearly not going to get to me anytime soon. I got up and left. So unprofessional and no customer service. Waste of time. Sounded so friendly on the phone!

1 /5 ChinaDoll Mcwhite: I wish I could give no stars but what I can do is help others so they dont experience such HORRIBLE services! Friday November 6 I went to see Kim for a haircut and edge. I asked her to do a cut down but who would have imagine I would be in tears later that night. Again, I asked for a cut down and not once did she ask me to elaborate or show a picture or anything! If it wasnt for me stopping her to see what was really happening she wouldve balded me. Not only was she ALL OVER THE PLACE cutting my hair but she left patches in my head and cut my hair wayyy too low. She spent most of the time talking to other employees instead of trying to understand what I really wanted if she was " confused or uncertain. She then continue to tell me how she had another client waiting and rushed. Not once did she take responsibility for her work and what she did, she put it all on me.

5 /5 Terra Shellman: Today Ms Kim took absolute good care of me and my hair care needs. She took her time and made sure that every strand of my hair was washed, conditioned, and pressed. She was very nice and professional and quick! I will be back.
