5 /5 Maxine Beach: My church home in retirement, however I love that it is a church for everyone. Two real choices in worship style and so many opportunities to serve our neighbors. My husband and I attend 11 and the more traditional service and enjoy amazing music! But I hear the earlier service rocks.

5 /5 Joellen Shaw: My family was first drawn to First United after attending the annual Wallace Gause concert held at the holidays each year in conjunction with the Pinellas Youth Symphony. As music performers and teachers, some of our students were performing. We were blown away by the music program at the church and started attending regularly soon after. Since that time in the late 90’s , I have personally participated in almost every music ensemble in the church whether traditional or contemporary. For those that find their worship through music there is no better place to fulfill that need. Our pastor, Matt Wallis, gives a sermon each week that is sincere, thoughtful, and compelling. You will leave refreshed and with “food for thought” as you begin your week. The congregation is warm and welcoming to all.

5 /5 Charlie Dickun: I have attended this church for 20 years and am a member of the contemporary praise team there every week. I saw a recent negative review that said some very inappropriate things about our wonderful church. The woman who wrote the poor review even mentioned several names of people who she claimed are racist and mean. I KNOW THESE PEOPLE ! That statement is very untrue! That review was so off base and so unlike everything we stand for at FUMC. I hope she finds someplace that will accept her ramblings and help her find what she is searching for. We love our church and "we welcome all!"

Excellent experience , great fellowship and even better sermons given by Rev. Matt. The Praise Band at the 9:45 service provides an uplifting and enjoyable addition to the service, Please join us this Sunday morning in person on U-tube or face book Joe & Marianne M.

5 /5 Diana Shettle: I cant say enough good things about this preschool. The teachers are so amazing and everyone is so easy going. My daughter loves going here. We drive 30 minutes to the preschool every morning because of how wonderful the school is. There is something to be said when your child comes home praising the lord. If your looking for a smaller setting to help your kids transition into school life this is your school.
