Everytime, and no matter how many times I had to call (even when it was back to back) they were sweet and patient with me!! Secondly, unfortunately they couldn’t fix my car due to it being an older model, so I didn’t have to pay my deductible!! They even fixed it up the best they could AT NO PRICE! I definitely recommend this body shop to EVERYONE! They treat you like family, and they don’t make you feel like you’re bothering them! We couldn’t find a repair/tire shop open on the holiday weekend and we just happened to run into Five Star Collision Center and they had my car in/out in no time. Super friendly team and happy to be able to safely drive back home 5 hours away today with peace of mind that my car is safe. Highly recommend this shop and team.

David Brill: I broke down 5 miles away from Wills, was in the truck stop for 17 hrs, not knowing the area because Im from S FL, looked up shops and Wills was the first, reviews were good so I got towed there. Met Sarah who was an angel and Casey, Casey started diagnosing, turned out to be the fuel pump which was just replaced, Ken started working immediately with a few phone calls Casey was able to get the replacement under warranty. 6 hrs later Ken finished and took care of a few other things , these people not knowing me went way above and beyond and the cost for labor was very minimal. I highly recommend Wills Auto awesome people, professional and all around nice.

Narinder Singh: Avoid this shop at all costs. The staff here will keep you waiting for hours while doing absolutely nothing. I came in for a flat tire with only one truck ahead of me, and while one mechanic worked, two others did nothing but eat and chat. I had to pace back and forth in front of the door before they finally told me they couldn’t help until 7 a.m. because someone called out. It was a complete waste of my drive time. Incredibly lazy and dishonest.

They also do a good job with following up with checking how my car was doing after the tire repair. My only confusion is about the naming: is it Superior Tire or OK Tire, haha!
