Now for the main story, I broke down in Wauchula, I had it towed to Langs because they had such high ratings on Google. The truck sat without even being diagnosed for 19 days. Over the course of 19 days I drove out in my other vehicle three times just to speak to someone. I told the owner after several days of no diagnosis that if you could not do it I would have it towed somewhere else no problem. He assured me that he could do it. Two weeks later zero progress has been done. Called dozens of times and every time of work day no answer. So if you have something simple you need done like an oil change maybe brakes, something simple perhaps this is a good shop. If you have a serious issue I cannot more strenuously recommend another option.
