Salem Jungwirth: Don’t go here, I spent 5k in 12 months. They do not diagnose correctly. Spent over a month trying to figure out an air conditioner issue that did not exist. They failed to correctly read the label on the vehicle then pretended they didn’t read English. I thought u found a shop that was reputable but when they broke my radiator while trying to do a different job they forced me to pay for the repair even though it was their lack of precautions that caused it. I have 10 years in the automotive industry and these guys operate as one of the biggest scams I’ve seen. I’m just annoyed I did t catch them sooner. Currently my vehicle is disabled, they overtightened everything on the oil change. 100% don’t go here not worth your trouble. Update I had to pull my intake because of having issues. They used silicone in places that didn’t need it. They used a flat disk on my heads which is why they probably had silicone. These people have no idea how to properly work on your vehicle. I’m not potentially looking at having to replace my heads instead of just a timing job. This place is a joke. Do not come here, they are not worth your time Another update. The harmonic balancer I had them put in was also damaged due to improper installation.

Deborah DePersis: I would love to thank Brian and his team personally one day when I am in Florida for being so honest and diligent about their work. The dealership had us at $8000.00 in repairs that did not address the issue that I suspected and Brian knew exactly what the issue was when I explained the problem on the phone, (which was an easy fix) and was straight up! very honest, and to the point! Brian is Very professional, kind, quick, thorough and courteous. He sent videos and pictures of the before and after along with pictures of any future problems that may a-cure that we should be aware of, as well as a detailed invoice so I could pay online as I am not in Florida. I am so grateful to have found Ron Johns! could have not found a better place to send my son to get our 2009 Acadia fixed. Mind you it has 171,000 and still going strong thanks to Ron Jon’s and the team. I will continue to go there to complete future repairs and highly recommend anyone. Thank you So So Much Deborah!

Brice Wires: 2 stars because they were nice people and were understanding of the situation. However id suggest not bringing high dollar parts here. For starters the service cost was quite expensive. They couldnt find the right socket to put the wheels on so I had said hold on and tried to find the one that might work but apparently the dude didnt hold on and proceeded to scuff off the paint inside the lug hole. Brand new expensive wheels. I noticed this once i got home after the car drove like crap because the wheels were improperly balanced so I took a better look at it. The weights are sloppily applied they are going diagonal which is not how they should be applied.

Waste of my time!!!!Mechanic was rude as hell complaining about being the only one there. While he sat in a car scrolling on his phone as I write this review in the parking lot. It’s ridiculous and makes me sick that people want u to respect them and their time but have no regards to ours. Never coming back
