1 /5 Dawn Semones: I brought my 92 year old Mother to her cleaning appointment originally scheduled at 1:15 pm. My cleaning was scheduled for 2:45 pm. We arrived early. Checked in. Waited and waited and waited. After multiple inquiries about her appointment time, confusion from several staff and a snotty reply from girl who later checked me out we were told it wasn’t until 2:45 pm. She never got a phone call about the change. We had planned on doing something between our appointments, but by the time we were informed of her time we didn’t have time to leave and come back. No one in the front office apologized or seemed deeply concerned about us waiting almost 2 hours for her appointment. They blamed it on “corporate”. Their changes to this new model are not good. Michele is wonderful. Hygienist are great. Front staff seems disorganized and rude.
