1 /5 Dawn Semones: I brought my 92 year old Mother to her cleaning appointment originally scheduled at 1:15 pm. My cleaning was scheduled for 2:45 pm. We arrived early. Checked in. Waited and waited and waited. After multiple inquiries about her appointment time, confusion from several staff and a snotty reply from girl who later checked me out we were told it wasn’t until 2:45 pm. She never got a phone call about the change. We had planned on doing something between our appointments, but by the time we were informed of her time we didn’t have time to leave and come back. No one in the front office apologized or seemed deeply concerned about us waiting almost 2 hours for her appointment. They blamed it on “corporate”. Their changes to this new model are not good. Michele is wonderful. Hygienist are great. Front staff seems disorganized and rude.

The staff is really friendly and kind, and they will always listen to any questions you have. I have been a patient with them for years.

5 /5 Terry Wilhelm: I got an appointment right away. The staff was very cordial and answered all my questions. The dentist was very thorough and answered questions. I got an appointment for the next day for cleaning and an appointment in 3 days to start the work needed in my mouth. The cleaning was painless and completed within the hour. I am very satisfied so far.

5 /5 Debra Haslam: I had a good visit at this office with Dr. Karl Lewis, who was very kind and explained things well to me. His exam was gentle. I came in for a problem, they are on my insurance but were able to work me in at two days notice which I thought was good. ALL of the office staff is VERY nice and helpful. I am going back this week to see a specialist there for further evaluation. They are thorough, which is also good. I had a good second visit with Dr. Pham, the Endodontist, for evaluation of root canal, versus extraction. He was also very kind, thorough, and took time to go over everything with me, including pricing for treatment combined with my insurance benefit, which was helpful to know.

5 /5 Kim Cantlin: This place is phenomenal! Ive sat in a dentist chair my whole life and never had a positive experience that Ive had with these folks!! I had crowns on my two front teeth recently and they matched the colors perfectly. The staff is beyond exceptional of what I have experienced in the past with other dentists and orthodontists. I will definitely be going back again and again...and Im a tough critic! Doctor and assistants and front office staff very professional, helpful and friendly.
