Bethany Teed I had a problematic root canal due to some unique anatomy that made my root canal not so routine. Dr. Platt was amazing fixed my root canal and Created a bridge for me and between Dr. Platt, Shakira, and Nichole I have a perfectly fitting pain-free bridge. I recommend these women highly. While you’re in the chair, you get to watch TV and they have a TV on the ceiling!! I will say I scheduled a Cleaning with a hygienist, I have not met yet, but I have faith that she will be great as well! I am very sensitive to pain in my mouth and these women were very considerate of that and very professional. Again, I highly recommend South Bradenton dental care. If you’re somebody who is avoiding going to the dentist because you’re afraid of the pain or afraid of bad news, trust me you won’t regret it.

Jim Nulty I cant say enough nice things about my experience. Starting with Honey being an absolute pleasure to speak to on the phone. C.C. is a great assistant. Elena was so awesome that after listening to my love of marine life, she put salt water fish on the display on the ceiling. That made me laugh and feel like I couldnt have been in a better place. Dr. G is awesome as well. He was thorough with his explanations, very nice and does wonderful work. Not to mention, Im so grateful that they were all working on a Sunday.

From the moment I cold called the practice, to on-line forms, to the scheduling and then being in the chair, it was an outstanding experience. Dr. Troxler was very personable and highly competent. He takes a sincere interest in patient care and welfare, and thoroughly explains whats being done and courses of treatment. The reception and scheduling team and others (e.g. Brittany and Chelly) were also great.

Sharon Ross I was scheduled quickly due to pain. I did not wait past my scheduled time. The dental assistant greeted me warmly and was very knowledgeable and provided excellent care. Dr. Harrington was pleasant as always and I appreciated his explaining the situation and treatment options. He was thorough and it appeared to me that there was very good communication between him and his assistant. I had a difficult situation and he performed the procedure with care and continued to work until he was satisfied with the result. When I first became a patient it was because he was highly recommended and I now would highly recommend him.

VITEZSLAV PLACKOV Review for Aspen Dental My experience with Aspen Dental was extremely disappointing from the very beginning. The initial phone call with the office manager was unprofessional and, frankly, discriminatory. I was treated rudely and disrespected, and the manager ultimately hung up on me without resolving anything. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially from someone in a leadership role. When I visited the office, I was equally unimpressed. The facility was dirty, outdated, and poorly maintained—it honestly felt like stepping back in time, and not in a good way. Cleanliness and a welcoming environment are the bare minimum for a healthcare facility, and this location failed to meet even those basic standards. I expected a much higher level of professionalism and care from a place that advertises itself as patient-centered. Unfortunately, my experience was the opposite. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this office to anyone.

The person that did my cleaning took his time and did an excellent job. The lady that took care of the financial part was very patient and explained everything to me. Erin Lavarello Aspen dental was great! They were able to get me in to be seen the very same day I called. They explained my treatment plan thoroughly, and were more than happy to answer all my questions. Every single person I spoke with from the front desk, to the dental hygienist, to the dentist were all super friendly and polite. I do not have dental insurance, so another thing I liked was the variety of payment plans they offered. I will be recommending them to family and friends!

Joyce Alholm For several years, and most recently this week, my experience with everyone at Advanced Dental in Bradenton has been very positive. The Staff does everything they can to accommodate when a dental emergency is happening. The care that Dr. Purcell gives you is the best. He is very adept at identifying the issues and finds the most direct and reasonable solution. He then does the procedure with proficiency, kindness and humor. Omaira Dauta Ft. Hamer, in general, is awesome. Nice facility, great staff, never a bad experience and Ive been going for years at this point. However, if you get the choice, choose Brandon for your cleaning. Ive never had a bad experience, but this one was shockingly good. It was like I was in a spa. Ive been to dentist that offer parafin wax on tour hands during cleanings, high end places that cater to celebrities and news casters but Brandon beat them all with less. He set up such a vibe that I forgot where I was. Painless, efficient, but the added relaxation was a huge plus. 10/10

Heather Anderson I was able to get an emergency dentist apt. within 24 hours of asking…too good to be true, right? Upon arriving 15 minutes early of my scheduled apt., I was told they needed my insurance information. The receptionist told me that “delta dental is really hard to work with” and “hopefully she will be able to get a hold of them soon so we won’t have to reschedule for tomorrow”. Why did no one ask me for insurance information when I scheduled the apt.? After all, someone was able to send me three text reminders of my upcoming apt. The receptionist struggling to still reach my insurance company then asks if I have a phone number for them. I am able to get her the phone number for my dental insurance. When she gets off of the phone from them, she calls me back up to the desk. I am then told that my insurance company anthem, is going to take another 30 minutes to send all of the insurance information to them. She also goes on to add that since it is now 30 minutes after my scheduled apt time, I will need to come back tomorrow. I explained to her that I just drove 40 minutes to arrive 15 minutes early to a scheduled apt. and because two different insurance companies are difficult to work with, I am told I now have to reschedule? She then had the audacity to lie to me and tell me that she tried to call me earlier that morning but I sent the call to voicemail. I asked her what time she called and what number she was calling in from so I could check it against my miss calls. She told me she “she wouldn’t even know what number it would come in as”. And if I really did send her to voicemail like she says I did, why would she not have left a message explaining to me the information she was going to need? I would have gladly called her back! So my emergency visit was spent being told by the receptionist that Delta is really hard to work with, Anthem takes a half hour to compile information and none of the blame lies on her because I didn’t answer her fictitious phone call from earlier that morning. Upon writing this review, I also noticed a previous review that speaks of a similar incident. This business does not respect or value anyone else’s time but their own.

She is 6 years old, nonverbal with ASD and all were unable to get xrays until we came here. Dr, McQueen spoke directly to my granddaughter, that was a first. She is kind, soft spoken, patient and will go out of her way to help in any way she can. I had questions about the treatment plan and she called me directly to answer everyone of them. I highly recommend this office!

Dawn Semones I brought my 92 year old Mother to her cleaning appointment originally scheduled at 1:15 pm. My cleaning was scheduled for 2:45 pm. We arrived early. Checked in. Waited and waited and waited. After multiple inquiries about her appointment time, confusion from several staff and a snotty reply from girl who later checked me out we were told it wasn’t until 2:45 pm. She never got a phone call about the change. We had planned on doing something between our appointments, but by the time we were informed of her time we didn’t have time to leave and come back. No one in the front office apologized or seemed deeply concerned about us waiting almost 2 hours for her appointment. They blamed it on “corporate”. Their changes to this new model are not good. Michele is wonderful. Hygienist are great. Front staff seems disorganized and rude.

lesli gonzalez Save your time and money. Only good thing I experienced here was the staff being nice. But to be honest i do not recommend coming here. I booked an appointment here because I’ve recently moved down here and I was looking for a new dentist location. I saw on their website that they had a $59 “special” for new patients that supposedly included x-ray and normal cleaning which is what I wanted. so I booked. Today I come here thinking I’m going to get a cleaning etc., I didn’t. Instead I wasted my time. I didn’t even get a cleaning done. I just got a x-ray done which I honestly wasn’t interested in from the beginning. I just wanted a normal cleaning. Than I sat there for a while just for Dr. B to poke my gums and to find out that the cleaning wasn’t even included. And if I did want a cleaning it’ll would have to book again and it’ll be $2,000 something. What a waste of my time. When I heard that I told myself nahhh plus my gut feeling was telling me they didn’t know what they were doing. I should’ve trusted the bad reviews.

Irene Napolitano I needed a crown for one of my molars. I had the temporary one done. Procedure was relatively smooth. Told the dentist that I dont want to feel anything and he made sure that I didnt. Went back 2 to 3 weeks later for my permanent crown and they worked till it fit well. Impressed with the work ethic of both the dental assistant and the dentist. Would recommend wholeheartedly.

Hippie Chick First, the staff here is amazing! Very caring and kind. The hygienist I had who did my cleaning was super sweet, and very concerned for my comfort. She hit a sensitive spot and made me cringe a little and she immediately stopped and checked on my well being, refusing to continue until I said I was ok to go on. Then, when it came time to "load me up", I told her I use an electric brush and paste without fluoride, so they didnt have anything but floss for me, but I said Id take something for our homeless ministry at our synagogue, and she happily filled a bag for me with tooth brushes and paste. Dr Lazaro, the dentist, is young and super sweet, very kind and compassionate. He did a thorough exam on my first visit, then I was scheduled to come back for 2 crowns and 2 fillings, and build up 3 teeth that were about to break. Not all at once - they split it into two visits, and showed me how much it would cost me with my insurance applied (so much better than the dentist I used to go to who didnt take my insurance!). Im extremely dentist anxious and when I came back for one of the visits, Dr Lazaro had his pup here. Since Id lost my service dog in September, it was a great comfort for me to be able to lay hands on his baby in between his working on my crown. Im hoping that is a regular thing! Its a scientific fact that touching animals lowers your blood pressure, even having them in the same room has a calming effect on those who arent anxious around animals. Im so glad I found Dr Lazaro and his staff here at Bayview Dental on 59th St West. I can see maybe one day maybe my anxiety maybe diminishing with this group of wonderful people working on my teeth and mouth. Thank you Dr Lazaro!
