Pauline Wood: I took a stroll to the park during lunch break. There were folks out walking, a few with their pups enjoying the day. The big shady trees and plenty of benches made it easy to relax. That afternoon breeze rolling through was just what I needed. All in all, a peaceful and refreshing little getaway in the middle of the day.
Jane Churchill: I love this park because it is in my neighborhood and we hold community meetings here and gatherings.
It’s a place where I’m reminded that there are good people around me that care for every detail. From painting the wall, to making it safe, to investing wisely in solutions that will attract.
Police are stationed right there so not a spot where any shenanigans go down. I say it’s dog friendly cause I see many leashed dogs.
Warning:
Clean up after your furry friends or a cop will jump out from behind a rock and cuff you to a tree (while you’re forced to watch the cop train your dog to bite you each time you forget the doggy bags). Thanks for making middle river park amazing!
Michael Bellomo: Vista Park is a quiet little park with beach access used by locals. If you want a nice relaxing place with minimal people around, this beach is perfect. Only down side is that paid parking is limited and there are no restroom facilities.
Kelly Hall: Very disappointed, we booked for both grandaughters to swim with the dolphins for their birthday present. We drove from Missouri to Destin and while we were driving we got a call canceling us. They said they are closed til further notice. They had 8 dolphins that had died this year. Talking to someone at a gas station stated theres more to the story. I have no idea what it is but my grandaughters are heartbroken. We paid over $600 for this gift. I was told will get a refund but this is not the point.
Derek von B.: My uncle just retired fire captain for boca ration ,. I found it interesting. As a history fan of Florida . ( I grew up here ,I’m 50 years old and it’s interesting to see . I think they should have more historical districts. And photos the fire trucks where very interesting.
Sue J: I book a tour with Xplore Miami through Expedia and Xplore Miami took my full payment in advance but never showed up to pick us up. Their phone number is disconnected and not taking messages through any of their contact options. They are unreliable and fraudulent.
