While the owner was never particularly personable, the current staff lacks coordination and professionalism. Communication is poor—it’s difficult to get a call back—and the environment feels chaotic.
This place is a complete disappointment. For the outrageous prices they charge, youd expect a clean, professional environment—not a run-down mess. Don’t expect to wait for your car either—you’ll be better off calling an Uber. The staff’s attitude is unprofessional, the service is slow, and the entire experience is a rip-off. I wouldn’t recommend this place to an enemy.
I was quoted $1,400 for an A/C compressor just a few months ago, but that suddenly jumped to $2,200 with no valid explanation. After checking the part price myself, I found no significant increase to justify the change. I understand that things evolve, but at $140 per hour, I expect transparency and efficiency—not inflated book times or inconsistent pricing. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.
Went to another shop they said its my alternator not even my compressor. These people dont check nothing they just want to charge you the most price.
