Lee County Black History Society - Fort MyersCourtney McNeil: I recently enjoyed a wonderful and welcoming tour of the Lee County Black History Society Museum led by Mr. Charles Barnes, who is truly a wealth of information and knowledge. I was impressed at how much information was conveyed by the museums exhibits and their effective use of space, and I learned so much. I will recommend this museum to anyone interested in learning more about the history of Lee County and the valuable contributions of the vibrant Black community there!

Riverside Park - Fort MyersMalinda Schmidt: A beautiful park with a lot of potential.I can’t say it’s one of the better parks around but it does have some nice views of the water. It is very quiet & peaceful.
Four Mile Cove Ecological Preserve - Cape CoralMontero Nelson: This was a relaxing short walk around the boardwalk. We went early in the morning and saw a few locals (wildlife). You can also go fishing at one of their piers. Its also a memorial for those who made the ultimate sacrifice. Freedom is NOT free!
Sidney & Berne Davis Art Center - Fort MyersDavid Waszmer: We stopped in during our lunch break during the holidays to view the local school kids art. The artists were from various grades. The Art Center was decorated beautifully. There are many talented kids in the local area. There was no admission fee but we made donations. This is a gorgeous historic building.
Harns Marsh - Fort MyersLarry Epperson: Really enjoyed the hike on the trail. We saw a lot of different birds. I wish there was some kind of markers on the trail so you know for sure youre still on the trail. Its a long almost 4 mile loop and nothing to tell you that youre on the trail
Snell Park - Fort MyersFort Myers Reviews: Small little private park in which there is a cute little bench overlooking the Caloosahatchee River with a stunning view of the waters. There is also a large banyan tree which provides a nice, shady place to rest.
