The hairstylist did not possess the necessary skills to blow out or straighten hair effectively, resulting in a frizzy appearance that was worse than when I arrived. Furthermore, the hair dye application was poorly executed, with dye staining my forehead and the side of my face. Despite spending two hours attempting to remove the dye from my hair and face, I was unsuccessful. Additionally, the dye damaged my expensive sweater and pants.
I am deeply disappointed that the manager was not present to address my concerns and that no one noticed my visible distress. I believe that your establishment deserves a thorough evaluation of its hair services and customer service protocols.
I would appreciate a prompt response to this matter and a resolution that addresses the damage caused to my clothing and the unsatisfactory hair services I received. Hey, this place clearly doesnt take any responsibility for their actions. Theyre even trying to defend themselves by saying Im the first person to give them a bad review. Like, why do I have to tell them that they messed up my hair and ruined my clothes? Couldnt they see it themselves? And then they have the audacity to tell me that the person who did it is an independent contractor, as if that excuses them from any responsibility. And let me tell you, I think there might be something racist going on here because all their reviews are from white people. I dont need to talk to anyone in person about this. The bottom line is, I want my money back.
