Billie Stockwell I have been looking for a new stylist lately. I reviewed many salons and the individual stylists at the salons. After a lengthy search, I decided to give Tiffany at Growlolgy a try because of the reviews I read on the salon and her. WOW!!!!! I was more than amazed with Tiffany!! She was friendly, knowledgeable, and intelligent about everything concerning Hair. Without knowing what color I had been using, she matched the color perfectly! I sorta explained what kind of haircut I wanted and she gave me the cutest haircut ever!! And……. The prices are very reasonable!!! Also, the owner, Louise, greeted me and made me feel very comfortable! I highly recommend Growlolgy!

Amanda Preston Beautiful salon and the friendliest people! After having a bad bleach job done by my old stylist, I was afraid to trust someone else with my hair…until I found Tiffany! She took my damaged hair and turned it into the perfect shade of blonde that NO other stylist I’ve been to could achieve. She made it look shiny and new! She is very professional, throughout and treats you just like family! I think it’s safe to say that I found my forever stylist! I can’t wait to be back to feel beautiful in Tiffany’s chair!

Jenn Smith This salon is the best I’ve ever been too!! If you want a place full of positive, real people this is the place! I’ve never felt so calm when getting my hair done. Tiffany was able to undo a mess of coloring in one visit, and she is such a sweet woman!! My daughter has spray tanned with Heather and she’s amazing and sweet too! All around great experiences at GrowOlogy!!!

Lynda S Luckily, when I moved to Pensacola area 2 yrs. ago, I found a wonderful stylist. I get many compliments on my cut and color. The facility is very laidback and still professional! Highly recommend!

Lisa Alissa does a great job on my hair every time I go. She cuts and colors/foils my hair. Her prices are very reasonable and she always takes her time and doesn’t rush me out the door. I am very happy I found her . Definitely recommend her.

Emily Waldmann I want to preface this review by saying that I have been coloring my hair for 10+ years and have never come out with hair that was so bad that it needed a color correction. This is the one time that has ever happened to me, was at this salon. I am not going to mention any names in this review because I don’t want to bash people publicly. However, the stylist I was working with was an apprentice and I expected the appointment to take a long time and maybe not turn out perfectly. What I ended up with was 7-8 hours at the salon and coming out with hair that looked worse than what I came in with. My apprentice stylist was supposed to have a mentor with her who seemed to also be steering her the wrong way with what to do with my hair. I went home and washed my hair and after a few washes about half of it turned an orange color at the ends. Needless to say I was very disappointed. I was offered a rebook free of charge but then told a new appointment couldn’t be accommodated for another 3 weeks. I spent one of my very rare days off paying $200 for a service that was not only not what I asked for, but also took twice as long as usual. I was very disappointed that the mentor did not intervene more and help guide the new stylist. I would not go to this salon. The only positive part of this was that the people were very friendly while I was there at the salon. This work was not up to par with other salons in the area. I got a beautiful color correction at a different salon that was miles better than the work done here. ** editing this review to add that just a few hours after I posted this review, the salon is posting photos of my hair on their instagram page and tagging me in them. This happened after I voiced that I was disappointed and upset with the service I received. The hair in those photos has specific lighting and filters which make it look better, and this is immediately following the appointment. This is not accounting for the poor toning job that was done which made my hair turn an orange shade after washing it.** I did not go home and wash my hair immediately I waited 2 days. And then I washed it every other day and after a few days it was turning orange. This is not my fault - I can’t be expected to never wash my hair. Once again, this has never happened to me before so I know how to take care of quality color work. And you say we all thought your hair looked great - but your salon was closed for 2 hours before I left because the service took so long so you never saw my hair…

Janet Maconi I love Elements Salon! I have been seeing Tim for about seven years now and he always does a fabulous job. He has very good attention to detail. I have straight hair and any time my hair is uneven it is easily noticed and drives me crazy! I dont have to worry about that with Tim. Every cut and style Ive had has been absolute perfection. I highly recommend Tim, you wont be disappointed!

Devin L. Do yourself a favor and go see April at Element’s Salon! I am 34 years old and have been going to her since I was 16. She is the only one I trust with my hair. I came to April when my best friend recommended her after I had an awful experience with a different stylist at another salon. My first time seeing April, my brown hair had platinum blonde thick stripes put in it (and at 16 that was clearly the end of the world). I don’t know what magic she worked that day but I left with my beautiful brown hair back and I have been going to her ever since. April has seen me through many hair colors and styles. Including blonde highlights, peekaboo purple and pink hair, and my natural hair color (brown). She has done a wonderful job at styling my hair for formal events as well as revitalizing my hair when it was dull damaged. April has a wealth of hair knowledge and her skills are invaluable. Not only do I continue to see her as my stylist but also does my Dad, best friend, best friend’s mom, and numerous other friends. I have attached a few photos from over the years. Go see her. You will not regret it!

Frank Lovett Cailyn did a wonderful job on my 17 year old daughter’s haircut. She listened to what she said and made suggestions she had. My daughter is very pleased. Very good service at this salon.

Julia Crow Updated Review! 05/23/24. I got some new extensions put in by Jenine. She is amazing as always. She listened to exactly what I wanted and even exceeded the vision I had. My extensions are beautiful. She did a beautiful color job. I love love love Jenine and her work. Worth every penny and more. I can’t say enough good things about Jenine! I got IBE extensions put in by another stylist at a different salon. I was very unhappy with the installation so I came to Next Level Salon for a fix. Jenine was amazing. I couldn’t have been more happy with the installment. She is very knowledgeable. She listens to your wants while also keeping the integrity of your hair in mind!

Maegan Gregory I was looking for a great hair stylist who would know what they were doing with curly hair and I found her! Nicole was amazing . She brought my dead curls back to life and walked me through every step of the way. I would highly recommend going . She helped me fall in love with my thick curly hair again and helped me understand what products I need to get myself to keep it going . Her studio is very cute and comfortable. Will definitely be going back !

April Meyer She was super sweet and very knowledgeable about her products. We had a discussion about what I was looking for and she made suggestions as to what would be best in terms of working towards my goal with my curly hair. She also provided tips on how to maintain my curly hair. 10 out of 10 I would recommend.

Sylvie Weber I am so impressed with Susan that I needed to write this review. Just moving to this area and looking for the right hairdresser is not an easy task. As a redhead and wanting to keep my natural color, not only did she match it perfectly, she cut my hair exactly how I wanted it. Unbelievable, my husband was even impressed. Susan listens and wants to make sure you leave as a happy customer. I found my hairdresser, thank you Susan.

Sandra Fast Kelly cut my moms hair and she loved it. So thankful I introduced my mom to that salon. The 2nd Pic is a product that she recommends for dry hair with moisture needs.

TravelingBaldwins Kim k saved my hair. It was ruined by another stylist in fwb but she took me in and made me feel like myself again. I left super relived and with a huge smile on my face. I trusted her with my hair after being burned and she made me feel 100% confident. I had a such a relaxing experience. She gave me great advice on shampoo for my hair and I just am so happy I went to her. She knows her stuff! She gave me a warm ashy blonde which fits me, saved me from the nasty bleach job I was given in FWB. I would 10/0 recommend if you need a stylist. She has an eye for color correcting and is just super nice.

Mary Johnson I’ve had two wonderful experiences with this salon and the stylists there. Kim cut my hair. She was talented, professional, and even gave me detailed instructions on how to take care of my type of hair, which I really appreciated. She is an artist and was very helpful. I love my new haircut! Asia cut my toddler’s hair for her very first haircut. She was incredible with her, gentle, chatting with her easily and turned an experience which could have been scary into a wonderful milestone. She even gave us a cutting of her hair to keep. Our toddler has been telling everyone what a wonderful “spa day” she had with Asia and how much fun getting a haircut is. We are so very grateful this first experience was a positive one. Her hair looks beautiful as well!

Kim truly has a gift when it comes to understanding her clients needs and preferences. She took the time to listen to my ideas and provided valuable suggestions. Not only is Kim highly skilled and knowledgeable, but her warm and friendly demeanor made the experience even more enjoyable. Its evident that she’s passionate about her craft and genuinely cares about her clients. I cant thank Kim enough for her expertise and the wonderful experience she provided. I highly recommend Kim to anyone seeking a top-notch hairstylist who combines talent with a caring and friendly approach.

Chlöe Funk I really love this salon. Salon is always clean, well stocked with products, and a helpful receptionist that is able to check in upon arrival. I like that I am able to book online. Prices are great and affordable, which is awesome because then I am able to tip better. I personally don’t want to spend $80 on a haircut like various other Pensacola salons but this one has their prices right. I’m not a person always coming to the salon but the once or twice a year I do this is where I go. The owner is nice and personable as well. Most recently had my hair done by Hannah and she was quick, personable, and gave me exactly what I wanted. Sweet receptionist and Elle is awesome too!

Tina Stojak Horrible experience with this salon! Scheduled wedding hair and makeup trials for my daughter and myself looking to hire a team to do hair and makeup for my daughter’s wedding party. My daughter drove 3 hours from Tallahassee specifically for these appointments. Upon arrival we were told we had only been scheduled for hair and not makeup and there was only one employee there to help us. To allow my daughter the opportunity to have both hair and makeup trials done for herself, I gave up my appointment time for her. Halfway through her hair appointment, the stylist admitted she does not do wedding hair and knew she would not be able to provide what we needed. WHAT??? No idea why she didn’t admit that before wasting our time. She proceeded with the makeup trial for my daughter which was incredibly mediocre and disappointing and was definitely NOT wedding makeup. We were given no explanations for why our appointments were scheduled wrong and why we were scheduled for wedding hair trials with someone who does not do wedding hair. Highly disappointing and unprofessional experience with this salon. I do NOT recommend them especially for wedding services!

Trina Riddle This was first my time at the salon. My stylist, Andrea, was amazing. She did a phenomenal job with my hair cut and was also super friendly. I will definitely be back.

The end result was fantastic—my haircut turned out beautifully. Im so glad I found Aaron and will definitely be returning for my future haircuts. Nicholas Strohm In my line of work, maintaining proper haircut standards is non-negotiable. Moving to a new area always brings the challenge of finding someone who can nail a clean skin fade. I decided to give Daniel Vincent at The Hair Shop in downtown Pensacola a shot, and he exceeded expectations. I’ve found my go-to barber until I retire. Highly recommend Daniel Vincent for anyone looking for precision and skill.

Im glad that I was able to find a colorist that not only does a great job with transition from dark hair to lighter tones but also makes an emphasis on making sure my hair is healthy and shiny ✨ The atmosphere in STYLE Downtown was great and they are easily accessible + they have parking that. Highly recommend!

Rachel hicks I followed Millie here from Arrow salon and have never been happier with my choice. A great staff of experienced stylists completely committed to helping you look your best. They keep creature comforts in house like coffee, tea, and wine and have a nook with coloring and reading if you are waiting for your stylist: I refer this place to everyone I know for a reason. Vera S Emily cut my hair unevenly, dyed my hair a completely different color than discussed and overcharged me. The color was completely random different colors, and none of it even made it to the roots of my hair. (About 2cm off on the entire color). I still had dye on my forehead when I left. I will NEVER let her touch my hair again. Completely disappointed in the service.

Kelly Mask My daughter took me to this place for a Mothers day haircut and I loved it. I will be going back for a coloring very soon. I just want to say that Emily did a great job cutting and styling my hair, I would recommend her and this place to anyone. I also just fell in love with the whole look of the place, the wall decor,the plants the color of the walls is just adorable and makes you feel welcomed and relax. The place is awesome and the puppy that had me thinking he was a looking in my soul with the cutest old man eyes was just a great addition. I cant wait for me and my daughter both to return and get are hair colored.
