5 /5 Tina Smith: My jeep wouldn’t start at my friends house and Frank came out the next morning and replaced the starter. It was a fair price and he even took a little off the cost. He was professional and kind, and I would call him again if I ever get stuck.

1 /5 Allen Potzer: Charged me 310$ to plug in one sensor. 85$ for a service call that was only 20 min. To come back next day with promise to take apart more of the truck to install sensor but in the end did not need to. Then proceed to demand full payment for all work that wasn’t done. I asked about why so much for one sensor then argued and told me he would take out the sensor that was installed if I didn’t pay. In the end I paid him for a job not completed. Bolts left loose because he thought 310$ wasn’t enough for pretty much 1 hour worth of work. Frank is greedy. Frank is untrustworthy. Wants to be paid for a job that was left incomplete! Made promises he didn’t keep. Demanding very good $ for the least amount of time. After paying him I still had to get under the vehicle myself to complete a job he was paid very good for. Lastly never received an invoice. My advice to get everything you want from him in writing because he can not be trusted for a gentleman’s word of mouth!! #fraud #showeduplate #donotuse #liar
