The care giver who saw me was Dr. Kerline. She knew what the issue was right away and rectified it immediately. I could not of asked for a better experience. I have been to very nice, high end doctors offices where the care was nothing like the care I have received today. Everyone there is professional & good at what they do. My father left the hospital worse than when he went into it.

After I hung up I immediately called to cancel after realizing the horrible customer service I received. I feel bad for the owner who doesnt even know whats going on when patients call.

For the 20 minutes I was there I was charged $450 dollars to be told that I weigh 205 pounds and yes I have a hernia. Thanks, I knew that already. What they didnt tell me was if I paid right then and there in the office that there would be a 20 percent discount. Evidently once you walk out the door the 20 percent is no longer available.
