Paige Montoya Luna We saw Doctor Haffey and she was spectacular, as well as doctor Kinder ( I believe that was it), and their lab/x-ray technician were all amazing. We have been to a few pediatric associates locations and feel this one is run very well. They seem very organized, caring, and great with the patients.

Angie Santiago Had a spinal tap done on Wednesday. I was put at ease immediately. The team who worked with me were the best. No complains only praises, I wasnt going to get it done because of the horror stories from many years ago. Thank you to the ladies and the gentlemen that was my nurse. Sorry Im horrible with names.

Wash Fold Pros: Majority of the staff has been nice, that is the reason for the 2 star. I really wish I can give a 1.5 star. Con:: The Doctors and Specialists are not good Doctors when it come to complicated illnesses. Reason: something is severally wrong with my mother-in-law; that is something we All can agree with. They don’t have that special quality to know how to properly connect and understand their patients or unorthodox illnesses. They are incumbent and possess no special quality that set them apart from Google to properly diagnose her, We were even told they can’t figure out her case. They have been the ultimate vampire-constantly taking blood, probing her and more. Countless of waisted test. They have done every test you can think of even biopsy over and over for the past 8 months and after all of that you still don’t know but can attest that something is seriously wrong with her.. None of these Doctors and Specialists has really taken the time to properly dive deep into what’s wrong with my Mother-in-Law and this a fact. Florida has one of the worst reputation for health care and now my husband and I understand why. Sure it is easy to quickly diagnose the illnesses that all the previous good Doctors and Specialists who is now dead or retired has really took the time to understand their patients and understand those diagnosis. Doctors now of days does not go above and beyond to look into specialty cases but instead rely on a machine and google (which is also man made and isn’t always correct) It is a shame that this Hospital do not know what is wrong with my mother- in-law but know how to prescribe medication and collect money for something they’re not sure of.

Chris Basile My wife and I have been bringing our two children to Boca Pediatric Group for over a decade, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the exceptional care they have provided. When our daughter recently turned 18, our insurance company attempted to transfer her to another provider. However, after speaking with Boca Pediatrics, they assured us that she could continue receiving care there. I fought with the insurance company to make it happen because we wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. The service at this office is truly OUTSTANDING! We have Humana Medicaid, and unlike experiences we’ve had elsewhere, we are never treated any differently than patients with other insurance plans. The office staff is always warm and welcoming. Even when we have to wait, I know it’s because the provider is giving another family the time and attention they deserve—just as they will for us. My daughter’s health is extremely complex, and Diane Wold, APRN, has been an absolute blessing. She listens attentively and provides the guidance we need to navigate our daughter’s care. When we can’t see her, the other providers are just as compassionate and knowledgeable. A special shout-out to Monique in the Referral Department—she is truly AMAZING! I understand how challenging her job is, yet she handles everything with expertise and dedication. The entire support staff is phenomenal, always going the extra mile to assist patients and families. We are so happy with Boca Pediatric Group that we gladly drive almost an hour to receive care here. The quality of service and level of commitment from the entire team make it well worth the trip. Gayana Char We are extremely happy with the Boca pediatrics group. Anytime we have some kind of emergency, we call and they take us in the same day. They are also extremely good at picking up the phone and connecting to a nurse even late at night. They work great with their clients and attend to their needs and they allow parents to make decisions for their child that they seem fit without pressuring like some other offices do.

Eunice I felt so respected as a patient in this office. It started with the front desk being in time and courteous. Dr Atkinson took her time and did a consultation without rush and addressed my issues in a very professional and caring way. Thank you Breno four your motivation and orientation on my home care. Mayra Rodriguez Was excited to make an appt with Dr. Recio until I called. The receptionist was so dismissive and uncaring. Definitely a 9-5 worker. After I hung up I immediately called to cancel after realizing the horrible customer service I received. I feel bad for the owner who doesnt even know whats going on when patients call.

Jiahui Guo Dr. Fernando Recio is an amazing physician and surgeon. When I asked my OBGYN and a doctor from the hospital about him, they described him as "a master". He has the best bedside manner that reduced my anxiety about a surgery that is necessary for me. This is my first-ever surgery in my life and I was very worried. The surgical coordinator quickly responded to any questions related to my surgery, which helped me tremendously. The surgery went well and although it is longer than I expected and its more complicated than we thought but it was a success! Dr. Fernando Recio explained what happened during the surgery during the post-op appointment. Nurse Practitioner Nicole Joseph patiently explained to me about my condition and the follow-up care after surgery. I am 4 months post-op now and I completely recovered. I felt miserable for a while before the surgery but now the pain is gone and my energy is back! Thanks to Dr. Fernando Recio and his wonderful team!

shelby i had an endoscopy here and i was very very nervous like you have no idea. and after reading the mixed reviews i was even more concerned. but my experience here was truly so wonderful. even the front desk lady who assisted me was nice and helpful. the nurses in the prep area were beyond amazing, Raymond and i wish i remember the other girls name she was so kind and warm and comforting. and the anesthesiologist dr. Carlson just wow! he explained everything and answered my questions so nicely. i asked for an extra blanket and he gave me 2!! i could cry i was so relieved with the care i received from these people. though i will say in the recovering area which had different nurses it was not the same experience, i was told i would get water or juice and crackers and i was not even offered. i felt i was rushed out to leave and within less than 5 minutes of waking up i was out the door. thank you to the nurses in the prep area, Raymond, Dr. Carlson, you all helped me tremendously and set the bar. i hope others can learn from your care and kindness. they also call you to check on how you’re doing the next day!

Jamie Lipkins I never leave reviews but this place definitely deserved one. I had an outstanding experience from checking in to getting discharged. I was very anxious but they helped me so much. The nurses before and after the procedure were just angels, always making sure I was comfortable, they offered me warm blankets, and snacks. One nurse stayed with me during the procedure because I was so nervous, and she was the one who initially greeted me. I am so very grateful for this facility, I had such an amazing experience, given the situation. They even called the next day to check up on me!! I am blown away by the level of care that I received from surgery center of Delray.

dozer m. Came for a price for hernia surgery . For the 20 minutes I was there I was charged $450 dollars to be told that I weigh 205 pounds and yes I have a hernia. Thanks, I knew that already. What they didnt tell me was if I paid right then and there in the office that there would be a 20 percent discount. Evidently once you walk out the door the 20 percent is no longer available.

Ana D Horrible front office, they will upcharge you nearly 100% mark up on compound pharmacy pricing after staying a different price/amount.They will make you pay the office which is not a normal practice. They are not interested in helping anyone that doesnt feel well. Unfortunately had very high hopes as Dr. Rosenberg was recommend.

SBF Esq After 45 years of medical consults across the country, including 10 years of concierge medical care, I met Dr. Rosenberg. Although I have been away from his locale and consultation 5+ years now, there is no doubt in my mind that Dr. Rosenberg is among the top physicians in his fields, period. His professional demeanor, subject matter expertise, office resources, staff, and medical protocols, including his line of supplements, all attest to his personal care and attention for each patient throughout the healing process, right up to the point of complete health and wholeness. You may find a similar, but not better physician. Hands down - he is the best.

Alison Rubin Stay away from MNI unless you have a private, out - of - pocket concierge doctor to manage your disease. There is no coordinated care here if your loved one experiences a medical emergency. Departments do not communicate and if your doctor is away, there is no one to treat you or return a call. Significant lack of experience with Parkinsons patients in the neuro ICU . Haldol was administered for agitation which is a dopamine blocker and worsens symptoms significantly in older patients. My father left the hospital worse than when he went into it.

Boca Buddha Ive been going to Boca Regional most of my life and have had great experiences there. The Marcus institute unfortunately is not run nearly as well. The doctors Ive seen seem inconsistent at best with their recommendations and tests....at one point I was told I needed to have a Brain MRI ( which I agreed was necessary), but since I have pacemaker it needs to be done in a special unit. When it was determined the one at the hospital would be out of commission for an extended period of time I asked for a referral to have it done at UniversityMRI. Suddenly I no longer needed the scan for some reason. The Dr. Constantly reschedules me for 3 month follow ups during which she looks at me we have. nice conversation and thats it, no help, no anything. Lastly, and probably the most annoying is the fact that I have to schedule appointments months in advance, only to have them call me to say Dr. X will be on call that day now or will be on vacation, then have to reschedule for another 3 months out...no apologies, nothing. After discussing this with other friends that felt similarly about Marcus Ive left and found a new Neurologist. Its a shame really, its a great facility. They simply need to become more professional, and higher better Doctors.

Erika Anderson Pediatric Partners in Boca has been phenomenal. We recently switched to them due to insurance and I am so glad we did. Their service has been wonderful and they have been so attentive and caring. We have seen Dr Dailey and NP Jason, I cannot describe how wonderful and thorough they are. Same day appointment, taken right back, quick testing and results, prescriptions were ready before I even got home. Thank you guys. I am so impressed with your office.

J Alex I was racially profiled by the nurse practitioner Terri, I’m black and my wife is white. The first visit she didn’t make no eye contact with me the whole time I was there which felt a little awkward, but I didn’t take it to heart. The second visit my wife went alone with my son. My wife told me as soon as she got to the back with my son to get checked for a minor cold Miss Terri started asking her questions about me like are you OK? You didn’t seem comfortable on the last visit is he telling you what to do and putting pressure on you? Is he violent? The visit went totally left! My wife told her she’s OK and she’s here for our son not to get questioned about the man she’s married to. And she still kept talking about me, after my wife said that to her. My wife had to literally walk out the visit and was forced to go to another pediatrician. Considering I work 9 to 5 and I have to come home to my wife in agony and distress. Something needs to be done immediately.
