5 /5 David Medina: When I first entered I was quickly greeted by Kristina who was very pleasant and comforting when I entered the office. For someone like myself who has had bad experiences going to the dentist being acknowledged quickly is important. I was then brought to the back to get x-rays taken by Tiffany who was thorough and very knowledgeable, she everything to me step by step. I was then seen by Dr.Jen who is the best dentist that I have ever been to! She is smart and knows what she’s doing! I highly recommend her to anyone who has had bad experiences in the past. Then it was time to get my teeth cleaned and I was taken care of by Ashley who is a phenomenal hygienist! She takes her time and makes sure your teeth are cleaned meticulously and you leave with that very cleaned feeling in you teeth! This is the best dental office out there I highly recommend Gentle Dental!

Dr Jenn and Dr Greg are truly family to so many and take care of everyone like they are family. Just a very special place. Busy on Monday morning but everyone knows how to make sure everything runs smoothly.

3 /5 Buttons Bella: I’ve been to gentle dental in the past ad a patient. Dr. Greg is the best. I saw the surgeon there on Saturday morning. Great experience with him and his assistant this was a consultation and referral from Dr. Greg two weeks prior. All great! I requested my Xray and after SEVERAL failed attempts, was sent a release form to fill out via email. Did that!! Followed up with several calls and emails AGAIN! I am still waiting! I called on March 18,2025 and was told “ it’s Spring Break “ to which I replied. Well I am not calling a school! I am calling my dentist office! Any way. Still waiting! The 3star rating is because I am STILL waiting on the “ PLAN” for my office visit on March 22, 2025@ 7:00 AM! Still waiting!!

The hygienist was incredibly kind and gentle, taking the time to explain everything and making sure I was comfortable throughout the cleaning. Her warm demeanor instantly put me at ease. The dentist (Gregory Chace)was equally exceptional—thorough, compassionate, and clearly passionate about patient care. Marvin Reynolds: I went for an initial visit and everything seemed ok. I was told my teeth needed a deep cleaning that my insurance would not cover. I was told it would cost me $400 and would need to be paid before they would do the service or schedule the appointment. I told them my pay date and that I would pay on that date. They made the appointment. I then received an email that they were canceling my appointment because of non payment. They also sent a bill for the original visit that was not covered by my insurance! The procedure that was not covered Wes never discussed with me at the time! Do not go here!

The visit could not have been any more relaxing or pleasant, Tammy the assistant kept making sure I was comfortable, and Dr. Quadri was professional, and social, did not give you that get done and get out feeling. The whole extraction, implant procedure was basically painless. Staff and Dr. were great. I would like to add that they do not accept checks and if you use a credit card there is a 3.5% fee so be prepared in advance for how you want to pay.
