1 /5 Michael Levesque: It only took one encounter to see the gross incompetence of this place. After waiting two weeks for my appt, the receptionist told me that they tried to find my insurance account two days prior with no success. So rather than call me to try to resolve the problem, they waited until I showed up for my appointment to tell me this. Since it was 8:45am, I couldn’t get hold of my insurance company. I was going to just pay cash for the appointment but if they can’t handle the easy part of the business, the administrative part, then they sure aren’t gonna work on my teeth. Find a place that is competent, this ain’t it.
