5 /5 Greta Lanier: I had to have my blood drawn and I hate it with a passion. It is always a painful and stressful experience. However, the lab at PanCare was actually a soothing and pleasant experience. Sam, who drew my blood was so kind and comforting. I hardly felt a thing and it was over before I knew it. Sam was also the person who checked in all the patients and she did it all with a smile and made it seem effortless. She deserves a huge raise! Thank you!

2 /5 Scott Parker II: Started using this pharmacy due to their hours of operation, but their customer service has turned to trash. As this business has been getting busier, they really started cutting their service to their customers and how they treat them. You call to advise them and just politely ask for a timeframe so you can leave to go out of town for work You’re on a limited schedule and they refuse to give you any type of timeframe. My personal opinion, I will not do business with pharmacies. They can’t communicate with their customers. Recommend finding another pharmacy

5 /5 Jessica Carnell: My children recently lost our health insurance and one of them was about to run out of their medication and they worked so hard to get him and get him seen and get his prescriptions refilled it was amazing. Also I learned that their partnered with the schools and your children can receive medical care at school so they dont have to miss school to go to a doctors appointment it could be performed right then and there and they miss less time in class.

I walk in see the sign “we will be back at one from lunch” wait 15-20 min they come back right at one then when i get to the counter they say i need an appointment makes no sense seeing as in the is a walk in clinic and the people that were waiting there as well said they got turned down at 8am and had to come back at 1 pm mention they all look sick including me idc if your a walk in clinic or not you don’t turn someone away when clearly that need some help i had to drive myself there now stuck going to an er probably waiting over an hour

His staff is equally as competent, friendly, kind, and professional. I never leave his office without all of my questions and concerns answered and managed.

Including home health. It seemed like I waa calling the office daily. Even though I had not yet been seen for a follow-up, they made sure every order I told them I needed was seen to quickly. I was never spoke to rudely, or even annoyingly. I am so impressed with the entire staff. Thank you for seeing to my needs so quickly. Also, my home health nurse said she was very impressed at how quickly they signed the order.

Panama City Surgery Center - Panama City Tom Britton: Today 3/10/25. Was an amazing day for me. I had oral surgery that has been many years in the making after this experience I truly believe these people were put in front of me by God himself. The entire staff is made up of a group that is second to none. Very professional, very compassionate and a pleasure to be in their hands. I had 9 teeth left in my mouth that were affecting my health and needed to be removed. Needless to say I raised 3 children and their dental needs were much more important than mine so when I had problems I would just go get and extraction and get back to work. Well the kids are all grown now and Im finally able to make the journey to a better smile. So to make a long story short, Dr Claussen and his staff are the best Ive ever encountered and Ive been thru the ringer with this never being able to get the job done unfortunately. Im writing this post surgery. After the novacaine has worn off and the anesthesia Im completely coherent. I have no swelling, no pain and i feel better than I have in years! Thank you Dr.Claussen! To me, you and your staff are truly a gift from God. ❤️

Emerald Coast Urgent Care - Panama City Beach Ashley Nicole: I traveled from Texas and my son so happen to get sick on our vacation. Setting the appointment was a breeze. I came to the office, they were very quick to check us in and was called back less than 5 mins. My son was seen immediately and knew exactly what he suffers from and treated him appropriately. The staff was very nice and kind. If Im ever back in Florida, this will be my go to place!

Anas Karaman, MD - Panama City Kimberly Jackson: It was worth the wait to get him established as my primary doctor. On my first visit he sat down and spoke to me about my history, my needs and possible avenues for care in the future. It was such a relief to have a doctor actually listen and not rush to the next pt. His staff was also very pleasant! The nurse who took my vitals made me feel very comfortable and at ease. Another great thing.. I didn’t have to wait! They took me back when scheduled which I appreciate so much! I’m so happy to have found a good doctor’s office in this city.

Doctors Memorial Hospital - Bonifay Alyssa Bryden: Just had surgery on 03/07/2024 and let me just say how amazing the experience was. The two girls working with me in Pre-op were so sweet and caring! Definitely made the scary surgery I was having an easy breeze. The recovery nurses (though I don’t remember that much) were also amazing and caring (from what I do remember from them and what my spouse told me). Medsurg nurses were amazing too! One of the cleanest hospitals I have ever been to. The staff was amazing all across departments. The hospital food was amazing (considering it was hospital I give it a 8.5/10) never in my life have I ever been treated with this much respect at a hospital. I 100% recommend this hospital if you are having a surgery.
