They showed a lot of expertise when a matter of an hour they present me a complete diagnostic of my vehicle’s issues and an estimate with very good price. On the same day I left their shop with no more trouble on my vehicle’s driving , I couldn’t y be happier! Im new to America and dont have a trusted mechanic yet, so I had the problem checked out by a mechanic near my house, who told me it was a major issue that required a transmission replacement. So, when I was talking to an Italian friend of mine, he recommended I go to Gold Coast Auto Works because they were very knowledgeable, and the owner also spoke Italian, which was very important for me to explain the problem properly, since I dont speak fluent English yet. Ms. Marli was very kind and helped me explain my problem to her mechanic, who subsequently resolved it in about eight days for three times less than the previous mechanic had asked.
