5 /5 Edward I Nelson: If you own a German car, this is the only place to have it serviced. Auto Critic specializes exclusively Mercedes, BMW and all the great cars from Germany. Its a small boutique-like facility, not a big factory. And Mike, the owner and expert mechanic oversees every job, so you know its going to turn out great.

I had them do a Pre Purchase Inspection on a vehicle I was looking to purchase while Im on the other side of the country. This family owned business was able to put my mind at ease and pick out any issues that needed attention. Great communication and I highly recommend.

2 /5 debbie deagle: Had my rear brakes and rotors done by Auto Critic, a couple of weeks later cha Ching noise was coming from them. Went in once, promised a call to get an appt, no call. Went in again, a promised call for not only an appt to check the brakes but for a gas cap that was going to be ordered. Woman said “should be here by 11”, I’ll call you, still a week later no call or follow-up of any kind. I’d never do business with them again.
