They were very nice, Tony gave the best massage with my pedi and Tina surprisingly did my nails exactly how I wear them since Ive never been her customer before, she did amazing! I will be making an appointment to go back!

1 /5 Nadiyah Henry: I wish I could put no stars!!! I ignored my first red flag when I seen no one was in there in the afternoon. It was the closest place near me with me being new to the Winter Haven area. I am the Queen of French tip so when I told her I didn’t like it several times another worker asked what I didn’t like about it.. first off my toenails were cut down way too low! The white strip was very bulky and the lines were not precise. She also DROWNED my toes with oil which was so unnecessary! She tried to force me to like but I will not fake that! I will never go there again not even on a desperate day. My face and body language read unhappy and with the nerve to ask if I wanted to leave a tip, absolutely NOT!!!!!!

1 /5 Ashley Brossart: I found this place when I moved to Winter Haven, it’s 2 minutes from my house so I gave them a try. I thought I found my new regular spot, came here for the last 9 months. Most visits were great, a couple questionable, but I kept giving them a chance. This time just spent $120 for nothing I asked for!! My nails are not even the color I asked for and my pedicure was the worst I’ve ever had and they offered nothing, but to pay full price for something I absolutely hate!! I am so disappointed and cannot believe they treat people this way.

S W: Stumbled in to this nail salon due to a different one I made an appointment at only to be told they do not offer manicures only once I got there. Great first impression as when I walked in to find a nail tech walking around cleaning. They offer manicures only but I did wind up adding gel polish as it was only $35 total vs $49 at the previous salon. Love they are opened on Sunday. Very happy with the service and my nails. This will be my new nail salon:)

Rebecca Camilo: The welcome when you first walk - in gives a great first impression of how attentive the staff is. This Nail salon has became my new favorite go-to spot for the perfect Spa Day. The offer various services yet lately, I’ve received a manicure and pedicure my last few visits. The options feel endless when it comes to their pedicures. For my first visit, I spoiled myself with a luxury gel pedicure by MK. He was so attentive and took his time with every step. My full gel set was done by Lee the first visit. She was phenomenal in listening to the image I had for my nails. My second visits, today, I went in for a fill in and inspiration for what I wanted. My hands were handled by Lisa who was just as attentive, listened to any constructive criticism I had (because I am picky, haha) and executed the image I had perfectly. Here are the photos of my last visits: The first set of the flowers was done by Lee. The second set (today) with the dark red was done by Lisa. Thank you Venus Nail Bar and staff for taking such good care of me! Looking forward to coming back every time!

Cheyenne Plummer: Had such a wonderful experience here! Not only is the salon beautiful, the staff is so friendly! The receptionist was so sweet and welcoming! I came as a walk-in and even though the place was packed, they got me in and out so quickly! Andy did my nails and he was wonderful! He was so detail-oriented and did a beautiful job on both my pedicure and full dip set! I can’t recommend this place enough. I will be coming back!

Cheryl Bauman: This is the best nail salon in Lakeland. I had my nails done by Tony. He was the coolest nail artist I’ve had the pleasure talking to. He listened to what I wanted and made appropriate recommendations for me to achieve my desired nails. I got the pink and white powder (which is used for dip). The spa is so beautiful. The pedicure chairs are brand new and give fantastic massages. The chairs even lean all the way back if you need a nap. The woman that did my pedicure was very kind and incredibly quick, which I always appreciate. I will be back here every month for my mani and pedi! I highly recommend you give them a try!

Kelang: The inside is very beautiful and clean. Lots of techs available, the facility appears to be equipped to handle big parties. The front receptionist was not friendly at all. Kinda of like as like “sign in and sit down to wait”. No welcome acknowledgement. My tech was Henry. He was straight to business, which I like. He burnt me with his drill four times, cut the skin on my toe and two of my toes and were not done correctly, so I have to go back and get them repaired. Overall it was a good experience and the price was reasonable. I would go back but choose another tech. Update: So I came back to get my nail repaired and had to pay additional $8 to fix something that I paid to be done correctly. I was not told that I would have to pay anything. Cost is not the issue, just the decency of it all. The same front desk receptionist was there and still same negative attitude as before. The nail tech that assisted me this time was Thi. She was good. I would recommend if you go to this establishment, be sure to look over everything before leaving, that is on me for sure
