1 /5 The Travel Reviewer: When I initially came here I was pregnant and had a great experience. After I had my baby, I decided to come back my first day out of the house postpartum. The tech LISA decided to do my toe nails how she wanted to do them. They looked like witch toe nails. She lied and stated that my toes were already that shape which they were not. She took almost 2hrs and only massaged my legs for 1 min. It took her 2hrs for Gel polish. I calmly spoke to the owner who called over her son and LISA. I did not feel that I should have had to pay for something that I didnt ask for. They removed the cost of the Gel polish like they were doing me a favor. Meanwhile, I have to walk around with my toes looking like witch toe nails for 2+ weeks until they grow back properly. I will not be returning from the mere fact that they caused a scene and insinuated that i wasnt going to pay them. Perhaps because I am of darker skin tone, my race is often stereotyped in nail salons. They did get their money of course, but how they handled the situation and embarrassed me in front of multiple customers was beyond disgusting. Please take your business elsewhere. They do not hear their customers out. There are many other nail salons in the area besides this one. Save your time and money or at least make sure you do not go to LISA for services.

You guys responded to cover your tails. She spent 2 hours messing up my toe nails. Also, You did cause a scene, including sending your son over to speak to me. Why does it take 4-5 people to speak to one person that spoke to you calmly. If that isnt a scene than I dont know what is. You did not handle things professionally and instead your son proceeded to tell me how your establishment was considered luxury, which perhaps thats why you felt the need to let your tech get away with messing up my toe nails; If race had nothing to do with it, why the need to send 4-5 people to speak to someone who was speaking calmly Instead of handling things professionally. I acknowledged that you took the cost of the gel polish off. I also acknowledged that I paid for it since you lied and told your son that I wasnt trying to pay. Clearly I paid with no problem. However, I also stated that I should not have had to pay anything since I was completely dissatisfied with how your tech left my toes.
