5 /5 Risi Kathleen (Kathy): My experience was enjoyable. I felt relaxed and taken care of. Holly, the assistant who prepped me to see the doctor was friendly and knowledgeable. She was so helpful. I am confident in the treatment plan the doctor gave me. I was able to communicate effectively with the doctor. He answered all of my questions to satisfaction. Also, the receptionists were comforting to me in working with my insurance.

1 /5 John F Fitzgerald: I had chosen this dental office because the ads looked great and they accepted my insurance. Regardless after taking 18 X-rays the dentist came in and examined my mouth and said my teeth were good but I needed a deep cleaning. I asked what that was and he explained. I asked if it was covered and was told maybe. I said that I just wanted the regular cleaning as the deep cleaning was very expensive and I would think about it later. I was told that they could not clean my teeth because the doctor said I needed a deep cleaning. Again I said maybe at another time but was again told no that they had to do what the doctor recommended. I left having accomplished nothing but a set of X-rays. I would not recommend this office unless you’re looking to throw your money away.

1 /5 K V: Yeah the reviews say it all. I tried calling to schedule an appointment for my kids and was left on hold for over 15 minutes. Called back and was again placed on Hold for another 5 minutes. Ended up hanging up and not schedualing anythubg. Its not like I called during a busy time. Screenshot provided. You all are acting like you dont need a job, then maybe you should change careers. Dont bother talking to management, theyll just give you the run around. Save yourself and find somewhere else to go.

5 /5 Jazmine Hernandez: both receptionists were amazing and so nice i think their names were sherry and jordan, the whole check-in ordeal was painless and Sherry helped me set up a payment plan before i checked in and was just generally so sweet n playful, not to mention an amazing Medical staff it was my first time going to a Dentist in my life and i felt incredibly cared for rarely ever anxious! Thankyou Dr. Max !!
