1 /5 Tami Richardson: If I could give this place a 0 star I 100000% would. They scheduled at least 10 people for 9am. 940 and 4 of us still sitting there. No explanation. Nothing. People walking out. People complaining about how this place is a scam and billing them for unknown reasons. People back there 2 minutes and getting referred out because the dentist cant handle the patient. But yet an adult walked in and went straight back while they had all the kids out there waiting for over an hour even needing to go back to school. This place is a MESS and has no business taking patients, especially kids!

5 /5 Christina Craton: I scheduled a visit for my teenage son, the wait for an appointment was not long, AT ALL. I was able to schedule the cleaning 2 days later. Natalie at the front desk was super kind, knowledgeable and funny. She just had good energy! The hygienist (Raquel) was amazing too! She made my son completely comfortable and was super sweet. All around a great experience!

5 /5 melissa beaman: An emotional experience. My son has never done well at the dentist. Screaming, kicking and crying. So his father ALWAYS took him because mommy breaks seeing him like that. Daddy died on March 4th. So I had to step up. I can not say enough good things about this place. Rose was the name of the dental hygienist that cleaned Waylons teeth today. She spoke on his level. She showed him everything on her tray and how the tools worked and what they are used for. She even let him push the button. She whispered "secrets" in his ear and pinky promised prizes. She gave him a break half way through cleaning. It brought tears of gratitude to my eyes. He didnt cry, kick or scream once. Rose had a gift for treating children. Not to mention we were in and out. It was the best dental experience Ive ever been a part of. Thank you. ❤️

1 /5 waikoah: Update 11/27/24 - Staff is always great and the Dr is wonderful. I just waited for 80 minutes. In the waiting room with my small children, where it’s above 85 degrees. Please put some fan in there or one of those portable AC units. It’s ridiculous. Everyone is sweaty. Previous review: Horrific waiting times. 3 out of the last 3 times they have run over the appointment time by an hour. No regard for peoples time. Sun hits the lobby and the amount of people crammed in make it unbearably hot as some opt to wait in their car to be called. This could be different. No need for an hour + waiting times. Asked everyone around me and they were waiting for over 50 mins. I arrived 20 minutes early as I’m accustomed to. This needs to be remedied.
