5 /5 Kyle Goodnow: Brought my 2 year old son there this morning, and they made him feel so welcomed and at home! He fell and pushed his tooth up into his gum a few weeks ago, and Dr. Joe made him a priority and got him right in! We went back today for a follow up, it was quick, easy and my son had a good time playing with the big selection of toys that they have for kids! I absolutely recommend this dentist for any and all children! If I could give 10 starts I would. Will continue to bring both of my kids there for years to come! Thank you again!

1 /5 Rebecca Ledford: My Grandson saw Dr Joe today and this Dr was not consoling when my Grandson was scared and finger punched him in the chest which made him even more scared. When he was brought to the front the staff looked concerned but his parents didn’t get to speak with the doctor AND they don’t allow parents in the back. I wouldn’t recommend this place or Dr now seeing all these other reviews.. i believe my Grandson The fact I have to even give a 1 star is absurd.

2 /5 Rachel Picarelli: I usually don’t get online and write reviews, but because of the horrible disrespectful service from this dentist that we’ve used for almost 8 years, I felt compelled to share. My kids were being seen by the older Joe Who was the best dentist ever but since they switched and the younger one was working, he is very rude and disrespectful and the same amount of service was not provided. Both of my kids were suggested to get braces and when I told them I couldn’t afford them and had to find a different insurance and ortho that required a prior letter or braces suggestion They told me that they would not write a letter stating that they suggested the braces unless we were being seen through them. Rebecca in the front office who I believe is a manager was rude , talking down to me and actually ended up hanging up on me. Find another dentist ! Don’t waste your time here as the service and quality of this office has severely Declined over the years ! I am coming back to respond to the comment from the office alone. No one is asking for anything fraudulent . There is MORE THAN ENOUGH treatment history as my children have been patients for over 8 years . You referred them To the ortho but only want to refer them to your in house ortho and nothing else. I would never ever suggest Something fraud so your response just further supports the comment I made above and how your trying to justify the need for braces if we were to go to another ortho and not use your company .

1 /5 David Rodriguez: Dr. Francis Joseph Dermody Jr. AKA “Dr. Joe” Should not be a pediatric dentist. He saw my son (8) for the last time today and it was only our second visit. Instead of consoling my son, he hit him in the chest with his finger and yelled at him to stop moving, which scared my son even more and the doctor canceled the appointment and said we need to reschedule.
