1 /5 Alexa Armstrong: My experience was,
I went in bc my battery terminals were loose and the battery kept dying. I was honestly expecting the car to be fixed within a day or 2 and then cost the entirety of the diagnosis which was $174. They misdiagnosed it multiple times and scammed me out of not only $700, but $2000 which was the inconvenience of how much it cost me to keep the car in the shop, paying for rides to get places. I wasn’t expecting the car to be in the shop for 3 weeks without getting a phone call from them on the update of when it would be ready. At that point, I knew if I didn’t call I wouldn’t have my car for another week. For them to actually do their job and give me my car back, they charged me another $200. When I came to pick it up, they didn’t explain what they did or anything they just said “It’s $700, you can pay here. Your car is out front and we cleaned it for you”. When I got to driving it, it was driving weird. Within 2 weeks the engine light went on again. Come to see, what I came in for was never even addressed. The terminals were so loose they were flying off. I went to the auto part store and they fixed that issue for free in 5 minutes which is how the original appointment should have gone. 2 weeks later the light went on again, the oil leak caused the alternator to deteriorate and not charge the battery, which was the issue. The ppl here replaced the whole wiring system which had nothing to do with the problem. They completely scammed me out of so much money and they knew they were. I’ve told everyone about my experience here and I would never recommend this company based off of my personal experience. The pictures below show how the clamp wasn’t even put back on, and how they worked on the wiring system when that had literally nothing to do with the problem.
