1 /5 Miguel Angel Ălvarez Alonso: I went to this mechanic shop three times, each time with an appointment, and my issue was never resolved.
First visit: They didnât fix my AC problem. The mechanic said they needed my permission to replace a hose and maybe the condenser tooâbut they didnât call me to ask for authorization until it was already time to pick up the car. Nothing was done.
Second visit: I gave them full authorization to do whatever was needed to fix the AC. Even with an appointment, they still didnât complete the job. The owner told me I had to pay for the AC service because they had already started it. I agreed, and I used a Groupon. He also said I should pay that day for a better price, but when he was doing the bill, he admitted he couldnât lower it muchâso that felt dishonest.
Third visit: I showed up at the scheduled time and was told to come back the next morning because they were "too busy." I got frustratedâI had already paid and had an appointment. They said if I waited, theyâd "try." Eventually, they said they didnât even have the parts for my car.
At that point, I asked for a refund because I was tired of wasting my time. The owner told me I still had to pay $353 (the cost of the full repair) because they had already started. But the truth isâthey didnât fix anything. I reminded them that I paid for an AC service which included Freon, and I wasnât even getting that.
This place might look professional on the outside, but in my experience, they are disorganized, give misleading information, and dont respect your time or money. I will never go back and do not recommend them to others. Be cautious.
