1 /5 Anna-Belle Howard: I got a full foil and color correction done by alecia. Before starting the process i was very open to her about previous work done on my hair. I was very understanding of the fact that my hair was comprised do to previous lighting and box dye and told her this several times. I told her that if she couldn’t make me look like my references photo today it was understanding and to prioritize the integrity of my hair. After letting the foils sit for hours she washed my hair. When coming back from the bowl I could immediately tell that my hair was gummy. As she was brushing my hair the comb became so full of gummy bleached hair that she had to switch it out three times. When I confronted her about this she told me some breakage with bleaching is normal. I was charged 250 for her services and left a 50 dollar tip. After going home my hair continued falling out throughout the day to the point where the front looked to be brunette again. After paying 300 dollars the blonde that a paid for all broke off leaving the back of my head bleach blond and the front and sides brunette. I also had to pay out of pocket for products like olaplex and k18 to try and fix her mistakes. I trusted her with my hair only to end up with severe breakage and lose hundreds of dollars.
