1 /5 Sherry Bogard: Made an appointment explained insurance and travel schedule at time of appointment. All my husband and I wanted was a cleaning and understood we’d probably have to have x-rays being first time new patient. We arrive on time only to be told we had to pay upfront due to our insurance. So when I asked the cost was then explained they would not be doing a cleaning on our teeth only the x-rays. Very upset to hear this news as the purpose of the appointment was to have a teeth cleaning. Ended up walking out extremely upset from lack of communication within this office very unprofessional.
