5 /5 John Harason: Ive been a patient many times here. And all that I can say is that this hospital and especially the staff really go beyond the great service that they provide. Making your stay as comfortable as possible. They will in some cases go beyond their duties to make you feel at home. Their input and output processing is just fantastic. The rooms are kept spotless, the lobby is relaxing to the eye, ( gives you the feeling like a resort ) and the reception process is rather quick. If you have to choose a hospital, choose Bayonet Point.

5 /5 Chris Werwega: Very friendly and knowledgeable doctors and staff. I arrived at the emergency room at 10:30 pm on 2/7/25 experiencing a heart attack, I was immediately taken into the ER room where several doctors and staff began my treatment. I coded during my treatment, and fortunately was brought back to life. They then immediately took me into the operating room to insert a stent. I’m alive today thanks to a very experienced staff. There isn’t enough stars I can give this hospital to show my appreciation for the care I received throughout my stay.

5 /5 Roy Gatlin: Every patient experience may vary. I have to speak on my own. Due to my severe injuries, I was transported by helicopter to Bayonet Point on 2-2-25. From my first moment of clarity I was treated with nothing but respect, dignity, compassion and kindness!!! Every Nurse, PCT, Dietary Aide, Housekeeper and the list goes on! Everyone of those team members made me feel comfortable and safe!! These staff members are a reflection of YOU Bayonet Point! Please keep doing what you’re doing to create such an amazing team of people!

Howard Boras: I went in voluntarily and was taken care of. The nurses are very helpful and I was even given a shave. The food is fantastic and I met a lot of interesting people. A tech suggested that I write a book called "the no name book" regarding my visits to mental hospitals. So you get smoke breaks and you can also visit the recreational room. I was able to decompress and reset my mental clock. The facility is very clean and I saw a pest control guy spraying the area so there is no need to worry about that. All in all its just another brick in the wall.

Purple Flame: ok lets talk about the doctor did not get rid about the affects that making me prevent to sleep. i had a phosphene eye so google it up then. i dont want to take that medicine because its gonna get worse. like bruh why my parents making me turning into karen and now i am not exist anymore or either a karen stoles my soul. JAV JAV: Great experience with the team. The girl at the front desk wasn’t very forthcoming she didn’t greet me and when I asked her questions she seemed a little too “busy”. Everybody else was super great, love that everything is digital. The checkin nurse was very nice and seemed caring. The Dr was fantastic she was very nice and explained everything well and she even apologized for having to take an emergency during our session and explained that she would be back. The Dr seemed very caring and showed concern and listened very well.

For every veteran on here, the above numbers are some very important numbers to call if you’ve been mistreated or not got the care you deserve and are seeking. Believe me, they will get you what you deserve, very, very quickly. Been in the VA system since 2013 and this specific location for a couple years. I never found it necessary to call OIG or The White House Va Hotline on any location in the 11 years I’ve used the VA. I’ve called probably 5 times on this facility in the last year alone because that’s the only way to get these folks to do the job they’re paid to do. And every time, either OIG or the White House Va Hotline has had a desired result by the next day (literally).

I was with another behavioral health provider for 2 years due to my insurance and limited providers in the area and was ready to give up on finding a new/decent provider. He took me from facet injections, to caudal injections and these findings proved that I was a candidate for RF ablation. He explains each process of the procedures and tells me what he is doing during each procedure and what each step should feel like through each treatment. If you are reading this and suffer as I have, just imagine one single day with 99% relief. I am now experiencing 4-6 MONTHS without debilitating pain. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Tiverly Wint: My son and I have being in this hospital for some time now. PCU room 11. We have been here for about two months. The first two weeks he received excellent care but then i noticed that he had different nurses almost daily. Inadequate nursing staff - especially on weekends. Some nurses gave very good care and other nurses were not good caregivers. When I point out that my son was not being turned appropriately & regularly the staff would get upset and had a bad attitude. One nurse actually told me that he would no longer be my son’s caregiver. I am really upset - my son is supposed to be turned every two hours and he was not. He came here with a small skin tear on his butt and now he has a big sore on his butt. When I shared my concerns with the nurse -he or she would have a bad attitude and complain to the supervisor -that i am disrespecting the staff. I always spoke to them calmly & privately in my sin’s room. But the nurse who was taking care of him got upset and said I disrespected him. These patients needs to be handled gently and patiently. they can’t speak for themselves so family should be encouraged & supported to communicate on behalf of the patient. I would not recommend this hospital because of all these reasons.

Within 2 minutes of Dr. Craig examining my foot he diagnosed the problem. I am so thrilled I found this group. And, all of the ladies in the office are wonderful.
