After my appointment, the nurse was supposed to handle refills for my routine Type 2 diabetes medications. However, when I went to the pharmacy, three prescriptions were missing, and one was for the wrong medication.
Trying to fix this has been a nightmare—every call to the office means waiting on hold for 15+ minutes, only to be transferred and put on hold again. When I finally got someone on the line, they seemed eager to pass me off rather than actually solve the issue. A simple prescription refill shouldn’t require this much effort.
If you need reliable, responsive follow-up care, I’d think twice before coming here.
