1 /5 Emily Palo: Honestly, probably the worst medical experience I’ve had. I came in with a very swollen ankle and couldn’t walk. The lady that brought me back called my name and did not offer ANY ASSISTANCE after seeing my condition, literally just stood in silence watching me struggle to get to the door. We get to the back, and again no assistance to the X-Ray room. We move to a room, and AGAIN she just silently and awkwardly watches me try to walk. We get to the room and she offers me a walking aid? Way too late. We wrap up in the room and I have my phone, wallet, cup, and shoe that now has to be off because of the wrap and swelling. She then watches me fumble with all of my stuff and tells me “Don’t forget your shoe.” I didn’t expect her to pick up after me but honestly the lack of help was so disheartening. She again watched me struggle to get everything together and about what felt like ten minutes later….She asked if I needed a bag for my stuff. Again…wayyy too late. I’m so disappointed with this visit. The only thing that was good was the help from the doctor and her listening and understanding how I ended up there.
