5 /5 John Meyers: I had testing performed at Oak Hill Hospital. The "sign in" process was seamless, the staff is courteous and professional. My wait time for the procedure was minimal. The medical staff was outstanding. Explained the test process and expedited my test results report, that normally takes two days, was ready the same day for submittal to my referring physician. I highly recommend Oak Hill Hospital testing facility.

They helped me with the pad to fill out all the required forms and the young lady who took my x-rays was just great she was. Patient gave directions and indicated when she needed me to move and help me to have the best exam with no pain ever.!!!

Chris Ratley: I was admitted around 11:30 am on a Friday for what hospice calls a respite. It means my sister who is my caregiver at home hospice went on vacation so hospice put me in a facility for a week until she returned. I never got my meds and every hour or so I would just ask for an update but they would only say that hospice had called the scripts in wrong and they were rude and dismissive of my symptoms as a hospice patient. Even hospice was shocked by how lazy and uncooperative the staff was just trying to get things fixed. The place is a dump and the staff is horrible

Frank: Came down with flu on a Monday, called dr on Tuesday and missed his call back. Called him right back and they said he’d get back to me. I got no call back. Called Optum Wednesday morning and finally got to speak with him. He said he would send steroid for my breathing, because of my COPD and antibiotics. My pharmacy got nothing, I called office again and they said he does all scripts at once, at the end of work day. It’s now Thursday morning and pharmacy got nothing from the dr. I called office again and the nurse asked what medications am I looking for? I asked her doesn’t the dr know, he knew when I spoke to him on Wednesday morning. She said, you spoke to him yesterday? I’ve been trying to get relief for days and nurse says today that she’ll get with the dr and try to make this happen. Are all Florida drs incompetent? That’s all I find here. It should not take a 64yo with history of cancer to fight to get prompt medical attention. Sad country we live in!!
