I feel that for the first time, my husband and I (as we are both patients of Dr. Gower); have really good comprehensive medical care. We want to spend our final years knowing that we have had the best care, not just for ourselves, but for those who love and rely on us. I like how understanding Dr. Gower is and that if the dose or original instructions on the bottle don’t exactly match the way a medication works for me personally he is willing to consider and change it.

5 /5 elaine force: Doctor Gower is a top notch Doctor Last year this time, I was very ill with a terrible disease CRPS Doctor Gower and his team of physical therapist on the property have brought me back to living life I’m actually enjoying life now and exercising on my own.!!! I remember a couple of times this past year when I was too ill to come in and he helped me when I contacted him through the patient portal He would always respond to me very quickly. I also recall one visit when he noticed a spot of cancer on my neck that I did not know I had , He immediately removed it with success and now it is gone. Frank: Came down with flu on a Monday, called dr on Tuesday and missed his call back. Called him right back and they said he’d get back to me. I got no call back. Called Optum Wednesday morning and finally got to speak with him. He said he would send steroid for my breathing, because of my COPD and antibiotics. My pharmacy got nothing, I called office again and they said he does all scripts at once, at the end of work day. It’s now Thursday morning and pharmacy got nothing from the dr. I called office again and the nurse asked what medications am I looking for? I asked her doesn’t the dr know, he knew when I spoke to him on Wednesday morning. She said, you spoke to him yesterday? I’ve been trying to get relief for days and nurse says today that she’ll get with the dr and try to make this happen. Are all Florida drs incompetent? That’s all I find here. It should not take a 64yo with history of cancer to fight to get prompt medical attention. Sad country we live in!!

Loving_Lioness: Doctor was a "no show" for 2 of my appointments. And 1 appointment I arrived for he wasnt even there yet at 1pm, I was told after waiting 30 mins that he "was on the way". Ridiculous, disrespectful, inconsiderate to say the least. I will never return.

I found the most compassionate people at this office. From Lisa exceceptional, Itina the anesthesiologist to Dr. Kanuri. God bless you all the most beautiful experience in a doctors office my entire life. If you want a real experience go to this facility. I promise you will thank me. The best!!!

Venessa Glass: If you know me my grandmother is the most important person in my life besides my kids. I am a nurse who has experience with Interventional radiology and I work with many oncology patients. Prior to our first appointment I went in with a plan and no physician was gonna change my mind! I wasn’t gonna let just anyone care for her especially something so important. I was very hesitant to trust Dr Denson at first and looking back I will admit I didn’t go easy on him. Each appointment I came with my list of questions and he always took the time to answer them and put me at ease. Now, I am referring some of my other loved ones to his care. I still reach out to him just to let him know how great my grandma is doing today. He has the heart and compassion that is needed for this field. I appreciate his honesty and how straight he was with my family. He truly allowed our family to be a part of her care every step of the way. He respected our opinions and everything we asked of him. My grandmother is 86 years old and frail. Our plan was to just keep her comfortable and allow her to enjoy her family for however long God would allow. Without treatment we were looking at best 6 months. We have surpassed that with his treatment plan and she is doing great. We know we are on Gods borrowed time but any day with her is a great day. We never expected Dr Denson to perform miracles but just to care for her like he would his own family and I have no doubt that he did that 100 percent. Dr Denson didn’t waste anytime in starting her treatments and consulting someone who specialized in Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma to provide the best plan. I respect a physician who goes beyond himself to do what is right for the patient. There were some small mishaps during our time there that were out of his control but he always stepped up and made sure it was corrected. He fought for my grandmothers care and treatment and even advised us when we needed to re-evaluate her insurance. Changing her insurance made the difference in the care she received. Dr Denson is highly recommended by me not only as a family member but as a nurse. My grandmother and family are beyond greatful for the additional time my grandmother has had with us and how well she is doing today. We are still here making memories thanks to Dr Denson. Regardless of the drive I pass other hospitals to get here. This is my hospital of choice out of the 8 Ive been in, in this state! I always get my own room and privacy. I get good quality care. The food is actually very good. I am very grateful to have found this place.

John Harason: Ive been a patient many times here. And all that I can say is that this hospital and especially the staff really go beyond the great service that they provide. Making your stay as comfortable as possible. They will in some cases go beyond their duties to make you feel at home. Their input and output processing is just fantastic. The rooms are kept spotless, the lobby is relaxing to the eye, ( gives you the feeling like a resort ) and the reception process is rather quick. If you have to choose a hospital, choose Bayonet Point.

J 2: 1. You call the number on the website and the recording tells you that they don’t answer the phone and to text. 2. You will get a return text from Lisa who says that she has added you to her list and will call you back. 3. Lisa randomly calls you back and leaves a snarky message about you not answering and tells you to call back the same number that they don’t answer and you can’t leave a message. 4. I message Lisa back 34 hours ago and Lisa still hasn’t responded. 5. I message Lisa asking to escalate to someone that can actually help me as I am disabled and need help. 6. I will no longer deal with Access healthcare and will begin to find a new primary care physician so I get out of access healthcare altogether… 7. Companies shouldn’t let disgruntled employees chase off patients.

Kim Whitaker: I have been seeing Cheryl Collito for over 18 years and she is wonderful! Patient, kind, caring, you wont get a better mid-wife than her! The entire office staff is loving and caring. The office is clean, well decorated, and the receptionists are well informed and kind. I have never encountered a rude individual in this entire office. I like the fact that they are confidential as well. I would HIGHLY recommend.

Howard Boras: I went in voluntarily and was taken care of. The nurses are very helpful and I was even given a shave. The food is fantastic and I met a lot of interesting people. A tech suggested that I write a book called "the no name book" regarding my visits to mental hospitals. So you get smoke breaks and you can also visit the recreational room. I was able to decompress and reset my mental clock. The facility is very clean and I saw a pest control guy spraying the area so there is no need to worry about that. All in all its just another brick in the wall.
