5 /5 Kim Whitaker: I have been seeing Cheryl Collito for over 18 years and she is wonderful! Patient, kind, caring, you wont get a better mid-wife than her! The entire office staff is loving and caring. The office is clean, well decorated, and the receptionists are well informed and kind. I have never encountered a rude individual in this entire office. I like the fact that they are confidential as well. I would HIGHLY recommend.

Usually doctors stand at their computers, and never turn around to speak to you, but not this office. Staff very pleasant and thorough, especially Carmen. She put my mind at ease immediately.

5 /5 Rebecca: Dr.Hoche is the best obgyn you could ever see. Shes caring and compassionate, and make sure your health is taken care of with top priority. She will hold your hand in some of the toughest moments and cheer for you during the good. Ive been with her practice for 5 years and drive 50 minutes one way just to see her . She is a great surgeon as well. This doctors office has been great, the nurses and staff are nice. Theres only one down side...a little patience goes a long way with them especially when youll be put on hold for awhile, sometimes they have 20 people waiting in line before you and they go as fast as they can. Im understanding and respectful of that but some people arent! Yeah it can be frustrating as a patient but theres only so many staff to go around and they have to provide the same quality of care they do for you, for the other callers too. They are understaffed and spread so thin and still do a great job balancing it all. Now the mask policy is gone and your spouse can come to obgyn visits which makes it all the better now.

1 /5 Congeta Armstrong: The office staff was unfriendly, unprofessional, uncaring , and shows no respect or gratitude to the patients. (WOW) The Doctor was professional, and gentle. However his medical assistance makes it uncomfortable in the examining room, this took my focus off the Doctor. The medical assistance walk in the room and start giving orders, take this off, do that, sit here, all without an introduction. I asked her for her name and title, and she attempt to ignore me, I had to ask a second time before she answers, and of course she gave me an attitude ( WOW) The Doctor recommend surgery for my problem, and as he was writing me scripts, the office staff was asking me to sign surgery documents standing in a hall way without explanation or accommodation. when I asked for assistance to schedule testing, the office staff told me to pick a card from the wall and call a testing facility they have nothing to do with it. (WOW) I am a register Nurse in Florida/ in Family Nurse Practitioner School, so I am not practicing currently. Therefore, i am fortunate to receive Medicaid health benefits temporarily. I can only assume that they are this way because: (1) I have Medicaid and they are accustom to treating this group of patients with little or no respect. (2) They tend to believe it is acceptable to treat black patients as if they are not welcome (3) They lack the education and caring mentality necessary to work in a medical setting, especially in a OB/GYN office. (4) The Doctors allow them to be rude, and disrespectful to their patients. Either because they are not aware or they themselves do not care much how their patients are being treated in their office. (5) The Office is in need of a MANAGER, a manager who knows how to manage a medical office. A manager who sets the tone for for all staffs to display at all times respect and friendly customer service coupled with professionalism. Based on all the negative reviews , yet no changes have been implemented it is quite clear that the manager is incapable or uneducated in the field of management. I had ask to speak with her, I was told that she was busy, and that she would call me back. ( WOW) I waited a week, still I have NOT receive any communication from her or from the office regarding my surgery to be scheduled. (WOW) I had really like the Doctor , and I wish I had the opportunity to sit with him and ask question about my surgery and what to expect. Instead the Office staff gave me a very bad experience in this office.

She delivered both of my boys and gave me the best care throughout both of my pregnancies. She listens to all your concerns, makes you feel comfortable and truly cares for her patients! Go see her if you want the best care for you and your baby!

Care One of Florida - Brooksville JAV JAV: Great experience with the team. The girl at the front desk wasn’t very forthcoming she didn’t greet me and when I asked her questions she seemed a little too “busy”. Everybody else was super great, love that everything is digital. The checkin nurse was very nice and seemed caring. The Dr was fantastic she was very nice and explained everything well and she even apologized for having to take an emergency during our session and explained that she would be back. The Dr seemed very caring and showed concern and listened very well.

This is the second encounter I’ve had with the Dr. and every time he is a chill, calm, understanding human. He also gave amazing insight to my son. As long as we live in Florida, we will be going to this office.

For every veteran on here, the above numbers are some very important numbers to call if you’ve been mistreated or not got the care you deserve and are seeking. Believe me, they will get you what you deserve, very, very quickly. Been in the VA system since 2013 and this specific location for a couple years. I never found it necessary to call OIG or The White House Va Hotline on any location in the 11 years I’ve used the VA. I’ve called probably 5 times on this facility in the last year alone because that’s the only way to get these folks to do the job they’re paid to do. And every time, either OIG or the White House Va Hotline has had a desired result by the next day (literally).

All Family Primary Care - Brooksville Rachale M. Goodell: I am a new patient to the practice and I’m seen for medication management. One visit and it completely changed my life! I was with another behavioral health provider for 2 years due to my insurance and limited providers in the area and was ready to give up on finding a new/decent provider. I am beyond thankful I gave this practice a try. Kelly was nothing short of professional, understanding, and knowledgeable. She actually listened to my needs and met them.

He found the exact reasons why I was living in such pain and has pinpointed the areas that needed to be treated. He took me from facet injections, to caudal injections and these findings proved that I was a candidate for RF ablation. He explains each process of the procedures and tells me what he is doing during each procedure and what each step should feel like through each treatment. If you are reading this and suffer as I have, just imagine one single day with 99% relief. I am now experiencing 4-6 MONTHS without debilitating pain. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

AdventHealth Connerton - Connerton Tiverly Wint: My son and I have being in this hospital for some time now. PCU room 11. We have been here for about two months. The first two weeks he received excellent care but then i noticed that he had different nurses almost daily. Inadequate nursing staff - especially on weekends. Some nurses gave very good care and other nurses were not good caregivers. When I point out that my son was not being turned appropriately & regularly the staff would get upset and had a bad attitude. One nurse actually told me that he would no longer be my son’s caregiver. I am really upset - my son is supposed to be turned every two hours and he was not. He came here with a small skin tear on his butt and now he has a big sore on his butt. When I shared my concerns with the nurse -he or she would have a bad attitude and complain to the supervisor -that i am disrespecting the staff. I always spoke to them calmly & privately in my sin’s room. But the nurse who was taking care of him got upset and said I disrespected him. These patients needs to be handled gently and patiently. they can’t speak for themselves so family should be encouraged & supported to communicate on behalf of the patient. I would not recommend this hospital because of all these reasons.

They are in the Medical Arts building next to Tampa General on 50 in Brooksville. Within 2 minutes of Dr. Craig examining my foot he diagnosed the problem. I am so thrilled I found this group. And, all of the ladies in the office are wonderful.

AdventHealth Dade City - Dade City Jessica Masterson: This review is for the endo team. Every single person I came in contact with today was so nice to me. They were all patient and kind. They helped ease my anxiety before the procedure and I felt very safe with all of them. The anesthesiologist supervisor Mo I believe his name is was also so sweet to me as well as the anesthesiologist that was a woman. I forgot her name but they were all very thorough with what they were going to do and what would happen. It was overall a great experience despite my anxiety. Thank you so much to everyone who cared for me today.
