5 /5 Debborah Fisher: Appointment as a new patient today, 10/28/24@ 4pm. I provided my address 5 different times on the new patient forms & after I left the ofc I noticed my address from 7 yrs ago was on my paperwork. The young man at the registration desk did not verify my address to what was in the system after my forms were returned to him with my current information. I do not know where he accessed my 7 yr old address. Not efficient registration by him after I filled out all the forms with current information. The Dr. Was Great!! He removed wax successfully from both ears. He was very friendly & had excellent bedside manner.

1 /5 LaDonna Fox: I am a lung patient on oxygen. After arriving I was asked for my referral paper. I didn’t have it. They asked me to call and have it Faxed. This takes since I’m not a doctors office so I was pushing the correct buttons to reach someone for my referral when it could have been done faster through the offices. Then I’m called back by a very harden woman who had no bed side manner. She didn’t even help me with my gear went to weigh. She points at the chair and said sit and I told her to be patient. I was also trying to retrieved my referral and that’s when she exploded on me yelling go sit back in the room. Not once but many times and as the front desk woman was yelling at her to understand what they needed. It’s was all a big nightmare. Very rude too uncaring and Very unprofessional. They didn’t care if I had a health issue or not. I left without any care today. Upset and crying. Probably won’t receive a call on an apology. I would not recommend this office.

1 /5 A Ro: Had a pleasant interaction with the specialist. Office seems to get you checked in rather quickly and it appears clean. I spent about 5 total minutes between my two visits with the specialist sent me for an auditory test and then had to schedule a second visit for a two minute follow up on that test which I was aware of issue during auditory test as she explained everything to me met with specialist to be referred to another specialist. (A call might have been warranted vs another charge and drive to be told in the 2 minutes I was there) I do not think the secondary follow up was necessarily needed if we only communicate we need a referral vs a phone call and a referral sent to me would’ve been sufficient. Meanwhile the pressure in my ear is getting worse and have regular migraines. No imaging has been done yet. Still no answers and it’s been a month. Waiting to hear back to get scheduled with the next specialist so maybe in another month well get a picture and see what’s going on to cause pressure, fullness and migraines. After requesting an imaging referral I was just there this morning with increasing pressure and fullness and migraines/ headaches daily. Doctor does not seem interested in patients well being just collecting that office visit. I will be disputing with insurance company and reporting him.

1 /5 Kristin Monti: Came in there on my lunch break to see about allergy testing. waited 45 mins finally went to the front saying i need to r/s as my lunch break is over. they hurried and rushed me back there for the Dr. to tell me he didnt think it would be a good idea to be allergy tested. asked if he could write me a prescription for a epi-pen he said no go to your PCP. PCP gave me the order for the allergy testing and the EPI pen. My PCP thought it was a great idea as I had a prior anaphylactic reaction. Was sent a bill for 180 dollars for a 4 min in person appointment that was rushed due to them running behind, where I was told not to get care . Tried disputing it and was told thats what I owe. Waste of time and money.

5 /5 Lilly Thomas: Excellent Doctor!! Dr. Schoenberg was super friendly, informative and patient. He answered all our questions and my daughter felt at ease with him. We were nervous but during the procedure in the office, he was very gentle, took his time and continued reassuring my daughter how well she was doing. Her hearing is back. Office staff was very welcoming and friendly also. I highly recommend Dr. Schoenberg!!
