2 /5 Tiffany Vann: The staff I met were nice enough, but in general the atmosphere is very old and depressing. Still Im there for medical care not to sit in a 5 star resort. The issue I had was I was taken back and waited over an hour before the doctor came in. He was very kind and looked tired as he was covering 2 other doctors shifts. This concerns me only because I feel by this time, mentally, I may not be getting the best of his care. The staff not ONCE came in to say he was running behind or anything, no clue what so ever. I missed getting back to work because my appt., which shouldve only taken an hour at most, took over 2 1/2 hours. I think the doctor was nice but the staff needs to pick it up a bit in the customer care dept. I mean people are there because of all reasons, some make you nervous, sometimes anxious and you sit and wait forever with no word, that isnt right. Its unfair to the doctor also that had no clue you didnt receive any word they were running behind. Makes me not want to continue to establish care there.
