5 /5 bob mugge: Had a skin cancer removed and biopsied previous to this visit. Checked in online for the follow up. The PA removed and stitched the cancer and I was out of there. Seems to be a great place to me with efficient and caring staff. Highly recommend this practice.

3 /5 Abe Loughin: I was asked to arrive 30 minutes before my appointment, I did. Unfortunately I sat in the waiting room over half an hour past my appointment time meaning I sat there over an hour. That said the staff is very friendly and personable. The Doctor was both professional and friendly and the quality of care was excellent.

4 /5 Linda Richardson: Other than the 45+ minute wait, everything was great. I had my annual checkup, a skin scrape and several places freeze-sprayed. Staff are delightful and very helpful, explaining each procedure and asking permission. Very important because the skin on my hands seems to be very sensitive to being frozen resulting in days of pain and a long healing time.

angel laporta: Has to stay at Orlando health south lake with my son for seizures. Let me start by saying we’ve been here for two days. Literally ALL the staff has been amazing , from the administration to the nurses, drs, even the nutrition staff that brings meals , CHRIS, IAN, just to mention a couple were super sweet UNTIL THIS MORNING!!! We encountered SHELLY!! This woman, she’s an RN , came in this moving, was rude, disrespectful to me telling me that she will give my son his medicine when she feels fit and that he’s not the only patient she has and this is because I asked her to give his meds. She went on to tell me that she was not going to allow me to dictate how she was going to do her job! I’m not sure if she’s not feeling well or just having a bad day but she was so ride and disrespectful that I had to get the charge nurse to remove her from the room!! As I said everyone else has been so sweet, kind, accommodating, going above and beyond my expectations. Until SHELLY happened!! This woman does not belong in healthcare, has a terrible bedside manner and should be reprimanded for the way she treated me!! Would have given 5 stars until this morning

I received excellent medical care—quick and accurate in diagnosis. I underwent numerous laboratory tests and examinations to assess the condition of my heart, arteries, and potential aneurysms in my head, chest, and legs, all performed using state-of-the-art technology. In the end, I gained greater clarity about my health condition. The hospital facilities are very comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. The medical team, nurses, orderlies, and healthcare staff were all highly professional and kind. I am truly satisfied with the service at Orlando Health Dr. Phillips. Thank you very much.

teisha ramos: I am writing to express my sincere disappointment regarding my recent experience at Orlando Health, specifically with Devon at the reception. From the moment I arrived with my grandson, I was taken aback by his smug and rude demeanor. Instead of providing the compassionate care one would expect in a healthcare setting, he spoke to me as if I were a child, which felt incredibly disrespectful. When I attempted to explain my grandson’s situation, Devon interrupted me to inform me that he was already aware of my grandson’s prior symptoms because he had read the chart. This left me confused and frustrated; it felt as though he was dismissing my concerns rather than genuinely listening. His behavior was not only unprofessional but also made me feel belittled, as if wearing scrubs granted him a sense of superiority over patients and their families. This experience was very off-putting, especially during an emergency when I needed support and understanding. I regret not seeking care elsewhere, but unfortunately, I felt I had no choice at that moment. I hope that Orlando Health addresses this issue, as patients deserve to be treated with respect and empathy, not self righteous individuals only there for a check! Once taken back to see the other staff, we were treated kindly.

Melissa Bush: My Mom had to have surgery recently at Orlando Health to remove her cancer. This was by far the best experience we have ever had at any hospital. The care was exceptional. They are very organized and clean. The waiting areas are nice. Food choices are good. Highly recommend overall!
