5 /5 Helen R: I walked into the hospital and went to the Information Desk. Dave was there and that started my outstanding experience. He had me sign in and then directed me to the people who registered me. That experience was also pleasant, professional, and remarkably fast. I had two lab orders from my doctor: blood work and x-ray. I was told to go to the lab for the blood work and if it was busy to go for the x-ray. The lab was not busy: everyone was professional and proficient. I was out of there and on to radiology quickly. Radiology was also professional, proficient, and quick. I could not have asked for a more pleasant experience.

She loves meeting people. Teresa is the epitome of employees, keep her, dont lose her to another health care organization.

5 /5 Lynnette Lander: Twin Cities is a very nice hospital. I had reverse shoulder replacement surgery and I spent one night there. Everyone was wonderful and helpful but Glazia was the best! She took very good care of me and made me feel comfortable. The room was very clean and the food was decent too. Breakfast was the best. Thank you to everyone who made my stay nice.

5 /5 Anne Johnson: We were there for wrist surgery for my elderly mother-in-law. The whole process from start to finish was exceptional. Registration, prep team, docs, surgical nurses, ALL were wonderful, kind, and informative. The whole place runs so smoothly and the top notch patient care is the icing on the cake! My mother-in-law said, "Ive had a lot of surgeries over the years and been to a lot of places, but this one was far and away the best experience Ive had." Thank you to all involved!!

5 /5 Gwen: The doctors, nurses, and staff here are exceptional and highly experienced in their respective fields. The atmosphere is very professional. Every doctor I have seen here has consistently provided a solution to the issue I presented. They are thorough in diagnosing health concerns.
