AdventHealth Cancer Institute - Orlando kyle corbett: Finally after beating Cancer for five years I have found the needle in the haystack. I met my new oncologist today due to my previous one retiring this new oncologist. Dr. Tremont is unbelievable And always I cannot describe it. He is compassionate. He takes his time with you. He’s a true asset to the Advent Health team. Thank you for your care Dr. Tremont, I’m so happy that you came to the practice. I left my appointment smiling ear to ear. If you’re looking for a new Oncologist, your search is done and I highly recommend this doctor. He did more than any other Oncologist has ever done for me, he spent real time with me and spent over an hour with myself and my wife. He has a great sense of humor, but he can be serious and very professional at the same time once again thank you, Dr. Tremont you are the best Oncologist I have ever met!
Orlando Health Weight Loss and Bariatric Surgery Institute - Orlando Dolly Guadalupe: The doctors and medical staff? 10 stars so far. Im seeing Dr. Teixeira, and he has been phenomenal. Im getting a duodenal switch done, and he was super informative. Dr. Laura, and the nutritionist, Gayle, have also been amazing. All of them get 10 out of 5 stars from me. The office staff, though, leaves much to be desired. Ive been calling since last week to pay the surgeons fee so I can have my surgery scheduled. I was told by one person that only Orlayne can take my payment. Today, Im told that someone else will take my payment and that Id be getting a call back by the end of the day. Its 5:08pm, and I never got a call. Like I said, doctors and medical staff, they get five stars from me. But the office staff leave much to be desired. The customer service is mediocre at best. Im very upset at being told Id get a call back and never did. As a result, Im giving a 3 star review as a whole. If the office steps up their game and sticks to promises, Ill reconsider my review.
Orlando Health Womens Institute Center for Maternal Fetal Medicine – Downtown Orlando - Orlando J J: Terrible office. I will not be returning because they: 1. Take a month and a half to schedule you for important and time sensitive NSTs and ultrasounds. 2. Charge you the wrong amount and bill the wrong insurance. 3. Don’t tell you what’s going on. At my last appointment on 2/3, the nurse literally asked me “What were the results of your NST?” I told her I had no idea because a doctor hadn’t told me yet. The doctor in charge that day, Christina Herrera, did not even come in to tell me the results of my NST or my ultrasound. A nurse just told me “you’re good to go”. I left without any information whatsoever. I was charged almost $1000 for this. I’ve tried to be kind and patient with them. I really have. But after all of these really bad errors on their part, I cannot justify their behavior any longer. Avoid this place at all costs. You’re much better off going to AdventHealth.
Orlando Health Heart Institute Cardiovascular and Thoracic Surgery Group - Orlando Michael Wynn: I like Dr. Potts but instead of getting to the root of my low HR, he blamed it on my relapse of alcohol that was 2 times since I’ve seen him. I mentioned that I might need a heart monitor and that was not even what he was going to prescribe until I think he remembered that I worked in Chicago for cardiology for 20 years. He didn’t even check my my swollen ankles that I’ve had for almost a month. He obviously predetermined my problem before even checking me out.
Orlando Health Arnold Palmer Hopsital for Children Surgery - Orlando Yari Tejeda: Words can’t describe how wonderful this hospital is! My son just recently had appendicitis and needed surgery. He’s currently out of surgery in recovery and he’s doing so much better! He was born at Arnold Palmer and has been in amazing hands ever since! If your child is ever needing any urgent care this is the best hospital to go 2! Thank you to all the doctors and medical staff! God bless you all!
Orlando Internal Medicine Center - Orlando Noel Cortez: The new team at Orlando internal medicine is just great. I cant stress enough how amazing it is to receive the basic care that you would expect from any doctors office you go to. And not to mention, knowing that you have a great general doctors office ready to support your health needs at any time and in a timely manner. I think thats awesome. Thank you team.
Orlando Health Internal Medicine - Orlando xiaoning li: My experience at Orlando Health Internal Medicine has been beyond exemplary thanks to the incredible care and support of Dr. Ali Rubaye. His mannerism, intellect. and professional demeanor are a benefit of paramount proportions to the medical community and Orlando Health.
Orlando Health Medical Pavilion - Horizon West - Winter Garden vini dalmeida: Got some blood work done here a few months ago. They were very helpful and was in and out quickly. Great service from the front desk staff, Lalita and the nurse.
The Breast Care Center at Orlando Regional Medical Center - Orlando The Dignified 1: Dr. Shah, Dr. Demers, Dr. Fiener/Dr. Klein was my team who saved my life.
Community Health Centers - Orlando Desi Colon: Just had my first, initial visit, I found this place because they came into my room at the hospital and pretty much begged for patients. It’s a nice place but overall customer service is very poor, the nurse was very dismissive and you could tell she didn’t want to be there, the front desk as well. Dr. Gigi wasn’t the most personable Dr either. She was pretty rude and gave us the most basic response to our questions. I asked for information on a vaccine she said she’d print me out a pamphlet to read… she could not wait to leave the room and it’s sad they had only a few people there when I visited and still the attention to patients is lacking. My daughter did not like to be touched by Dr Gigi and I could feel the energy in the room just being very hostile and dismissive. Overall not a good experience and transferring my care as soon as possible. Like I said this was not my first choice but they came to my hospital room when I was admitted and I figured it would make things easier to just go with them as I hadn’t had time to search pediatricians. But I wish I would’ve did a little more homework on them. I did not like the experience at all.
